1. Rice Paper Rolls
It must be said that nowhere else offers Rice Paper Rolls as rich and diverse as in Da Nang. From the original type to variations like pate-filled, egg-filled, or beef jerky, with various shapes: rolled, spread out, wet, dry, topped with egg... But no matter the type, they all have to be dipped in the special red sauce made from beef jerky broth, perfectly blending salty-sweet flavors with a hint of spicy chili for that exquisite taste.

Rice paper crackers are priced from 8,000đ/dish and up. In Da Nang, there are many shops selling this dish, but the best one is near Thang Long Hotel, Dien Bien Phu Street.
2. Sticky rice ice cream
With the hot and sweltering weather of the Central region, it's even more wonderful to savor spoonfuls of cool ice cream. Sticky rice ice cream is a fascinating snack in Da Nang. The cool, fragrant taste of chocolate, durian, vanilla ice cream blends with each grain of sticky rice cooked with green beans, elaborately processed, plus a bit of greasy coconut threads will make you unforgettable once you have tried it.

Priced around 7,000đ - 12,000đ/cup at Ngo Si Lien Street, Hoa Khanh.
3. Tofu cocktail
Also made from soybeans, but tofu in Da Nang is very special, smooth, and highly cohesive, when poured onto a plate it does not break, so at first glance, people will immediately think of cold jelly. Tofu is usually contained in round molds. Depending on the customer's preference, the shop owner includes ice and other flavors, fruits such as chocolate, durian, or cocktail (a mixture of fruit mixed with syrup)... Scoop a small spoonful of tofu into your mouth, and you will clearly feel the fragrant, sweet, rich, smooth taste of soybeans meticulously blended with the sweetness of sugar.

A small tip is to eat tofu quickly because if left to melt completely, the tofu's flavor will diminish somewhat. You can visit Nguyen Van Linh Street to enjoy delicious tofu dishes priced from 14,000đ/dish.
4. Salted yogurt and chilled jackfruit
The distinctive feature of Da Nang yogurt lies not only in the cute little plastic jars but also in the unique combination of sweet and sour flavors with a hint of saltiness. At first, it may sound a bit odd, but if you give it a try, you'll discover that the saltiness actually helps to make the yogurt less cloying.

Salted yogurt is widely available in District 3, near Nguyen Van Troi Bridge, at a super cheap price of only 10,000đ/tray. Each tray contains 10 jars. Besides yogurt, these shops also sell delicious chilled jackfruit for only 5,000đ/pack.
5. Sucking snails
Being a coastal city, snails seem to become a familiar snack for the locals here. After being soaked in rice water to get rid of dirt, the snails are cut and stir-fried with chili, coconut water, ginger, and lemongrass to allow the flavors to penetrate each piece.

Average price for a plate of sucking snails ranges from 20,000đ and up, with delicious snail varieties such as stone snails, whelks... the price will be slightly higher. In Da Nang, there are many snail restaurants, but the most highly praised one must be mentioned is the snail restaurant on Le Duan Street.
