1. Attend Exam Prep Classes
Allocate some time to attend exam prep classes, as some recruiting agencies organize these classes about 2 weeks or 1 month before the exam date. Make sure to register and participate in all the prep sessions. Take notes of important details during the classes.
Attending exam prep classes will help you grasp the knowledge better than self-studying at home, especially with household chores distracting you from focusing entirely on studying.

2. Written Exam Section for Specialized Knowledge
You must memorize tasks, functions, and organizational structure of the administrative agency and the specialized department you are taking the exam for... note that you need practical contact for this.
You should ask people working in the agency you are applying to in order to prepare in advance for this practical contact section if you do not work in a state agency, this section is about 20 points. Besides, you need to carefully read Circular 1, practice drafting Decisions, Directives, Circulars, Briefs, Official Letters, this section is very important, it accounts for half of the points in the written exam.

3. General Knowledge Section
You need to focus on the civil servant laws, which will cover civil servant rights, duties, and regulations, this is a 30-point question. The remaining two questions, one worth 40 and the other 30 points, are covered in the study material.
Be careful with this part as it tends to yield the lowest scores for many. Simply master the knowledge in the study material, as this section contributes to the total score. Keep striving!

4. Regarding English and Computer Science
It's not too difficult, but absolutely no room for complacency. These are just prerequisite subjects; you don't need excessively high scores, just above 50 is fine because they don't count towards your overall grade.
First, about the English test. It's slightly above basic level, if you've graduated from a 7-year English program, you'll do well.
As for the computer science part, the multiple-choice computer science test will be extremely easy. It only asks about functions, hotkeys... in Word and Excel, and basic operations in the Windows environment; you can excel in this by simply reading the materials.

5. Multiple-choice test on specialized knowledge
This section's test will not be subject to review as it is graded by a machine. Therefore, for this part of the test, you need to be careful, especially if you haven't worked in a state administrative agency. You need to have a broad knowledge of state administrative management if you want to do well in this test. It's best to collect multiple-choice question samples for practice from previous years' exams or look for more references online.
