Bubble Tea Insult Tran Binh Trong

TRÀ SỮA SUMMER VIBE IN FULL SWING|81A|TRAN BINH TRONG|SAIGON TODAY.
As the name suggests, when buying from the cursing milk tea shop, you must prepare yourself mentally. Simply rushing or making complex orders can lead to getting cursed at. However, despite drinking here for many years, I've never been cursed. Although the menu is diverse, the shop only sells black tea and milk tea with tapioca pearls. Despite the affordable price, the highlight is not the milk tea or black tea but the tapioca pearls. The tapioca pearls here are neither too soft nor too hard, but have a certain chewiness and crispness. So if you want to experience a bit of thrill along with a delicious milk tea, with chewy tapioca pearls, then hurry up and come to the cursing milk tea shop!

Mixed Rice Paper Salad – Nguyen Van Cu

0:02 / 5:16 Visiting the Street Vendor for Mixed Rice Paper Salad on Nguyen Van Cu Street | Min Vlogs | V1
If you've been to Saigon and haven't tried mixed rice paper salad, you've missed out on a lot. As a weekly habit, I always stop by the vendor's cart located on the right side opposite Tesax Chicken. Perhaps it's because of her warmth, friendliness, and seasoning skills that perfectly match my taste buds, I find the rice paper pleasantly chewy without being too salty or bland. However, you can choose any street vendor you like to experience mixed rice paper salad. Typically, a vendor's cart will offer a variety of items like mixed rice paper salad, rolls, dips, as well as fruits like mangoes, coconut, and snacks like kids' noodles, fake steamed buns, etc.
As it's for takeaway, I won't be evaluating the restaurant's ambiance.

Ốc Tuân Street Food - Cao Đạt Market

Ốc Tuân, a popular street food spot near Cao Đạt Market, has been renowned for nearly 10 years.
Initially, they only served soup here, but it wasn't until later that they started selling snails. It's been about 8 or 9 years now, and the quality of the soup has remained consistent over the years, with just the right thickness and flavor. Especially with the attentive service, it continues to attract customers. So, if you want to have soup, come around 3-4 PM because the soup sells out quickly. In addition to the soup, the main attraction here is the well-prepared fresh snails and seafood. You'll taste the natural sweetness of the snails, while the crab claws, shrimp, etc., are quite meaty. The seasoning is just right, enhancing the natural flavors. With reasonable prices, not too cheap or expensive, you should give it a try, who knows, you might become a regular here!
The space inside the market offers more than just snails, there are also other snacks like mixed rice paper, sweet soup, etc. The seating area is spacious and airy.

Xôi Lý Phong

For many, the image of the old man selling sticky rice near Lý Phong Middle School has become very familiar. And for Lý Phong Middle School students, they can't forget the 5k - 10k – 15k box of sticky rice from him. The sticky rice here is simply composed of fried sausage, pate, and eggs. Simple like any other sticky rice stall, but most of the ingredients here are homemade and carefully selected by the old man. Therefore, the quality of the sticky rice and accompanying dishes must be called excellent. When you eat, you'll feel the soft, chewy texture of the sticky rice along with the crispy fried sausage and fried eggs, pate, etc. All harmoniously create a very special flavor that I have never found in any other sticky rice stall until now. With a fairly cheap price for a satisfying meal, for me, this is a sticky rice stall worth trying at least once.
As it's for takeout, I won't evaluate the space of the stall. However, if you go between 6-7 PM, you may have to wait a bit longer because the students are quite crowded.
Address: 83 Nguyễn Duy Dương, Ward 9, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City (from the school gate, you need to go through on the right side about 5-10 steps)
Opening hours: 6:00 AM – until sold out

Spicy rice by two ladies

Xoi stall
As the name suggests, this stall is run by two ladies selling spicy sticky rice. Unlike other xoi stalls where you find pork floss, shredded pork, etc., the highlight here is the spicy sauce. When eaten with the spicy sauce, which is mixed with sate, you'll feel the tingling sensation on your tongue. Moreover, the sticky rice maintains its chewiness and natural sweetness. One thing I really like here is that the sticky rice is wrapped in banana leaves, preventing it from becoming too sticky or losing moisture, and also protecting the environment.
The stall offers takeaway, and although it's quite busy, the two ladies work quickly so you don't have to wait long.
Address: 64 Nguyen Duy Duong, Ward 9, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City
