Ingredients:
- Fresh tofu: 2– 3 pieces, as desired.
- 100g fresh seaweed
- 50g Shiitake or straw mushrooms
- 10g dried shrimp
- A small amount of fresh ginger
- Seasonings: sugar, pepper, broth cubes, etc.
Instructions:
- Continue to prepare dried seaweed as described above.
- Rinse mushrooms and soak them in diluted saltwater.
- Cut tofu into square pieces.

Instructions:
- Prepare seaweed: soak in water for 3-5 minutes to expand, then soak in ice water for an additional 3 minutes to reduce the fishy taste.
- Prepare beef: choose fresh beef early in the morning. Slice thinly and marinate with rice wine.
- Marinate with sesame oil, sesame oil, and spices for about 15 minutes.
- Sauté the beef in a pan until medium rare.

- 10g seaweed
- 100g lotus seeds
- 100g mushrooms

Instructions:
- Soak seaweed in clean water for about 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Cut mushrooms in half and soak in saltwater for 3-5 minutes.
- Soak lotus seeds in water for 10-15 minutes.
- Peel and julienne the ginger.
- Peel and cut carrots into bite-sized pieces.

- First, add water, carrots, and lotus seeds to a pot and cook until all ingredients are tender.

5. How to Cook Seaweed and Shiitake Mushroom Soup

- 50g enoki mushrooms
- Green onions
- Sesame oil
- Ginger
