To celebrate the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day on November 23 and the 16th anniversary of Hoi An's recognition as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (04/12/1999 – 2015), the opening ceremony of the "Pedestrian Street and Non-Motorized Vehicle Zone" (also known as Nguyen Phuc Chu Pedestrian Street) was held at 7:30 PM on December 3, 2015, at An Hoi Statue Garden.
This area exudes an old-world charm, offering a sense of calm and familiarity that is unexpectedly peaceful. While it may not boast grandeur or the dazzling lights of other locations, it certainly provides a romantic atmosphere perfect for couples looking for a quiet and intimate setting. 3. Trinh Cong Son Pedestrian Street
Trinh Cong Son Pedestrian Street spans 900 meters and is located next to the lotus pond area and the West Lake Water Park. The pedestrian zone also includes part of Alley 431 Au Co and Alley 612 Lac Long Quan (about 400 meters from the Westlake Hotel, only a 2-minute walk). This is the second pedestrian zone in Hanoi, where couples can enjoy a romantic atmosphere, from cultural experiences to delightful cuisine, along with a variety of fun activities.
Trinh Cong Son Pedestrian Street opens in the evening on weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Since its opening on May 11, 2018, the street has attracted a significant number of visitors. What makes it special is the presence of many music spots along the pedestrian street. In addition to traditional performances such as ca tru, xam singing, and quan ho folk songs, there are also dance spots. The area features an outdoor stage of over 2,000 square meters dedicated to cultural performances like Trinh Cong Son music, water puppet shows, and quan ho singing.
Couples visiting the Trinh Cong Son Pedestrian Street can also explore shops that showcase the old-town architecture style of Hanoi and Hoi An. Visitors can enjoy various specialties of Hanoi and West Lake, as well as indulge in exciting experiences. In addition to the cultural performances, the pedestrian area in the Tay Ho district will have 60 stalls selling souvenirs, food, and drinks, all designed in the style of Hanoi's ancient streets and the cultural heritage of various regions.


4. Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street
Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street is a fascinating and vibrant spot for couples. At night, the area comes alive with dazzling, colorful lights. Even more amazing, at the intersections of Nguyen Hue – Le Loi and Nguyen Hue – Mac Thi Buoi, two musical fountains are set up, combined with an artistic light show that is sure to captivate you. The entire operation of the pedestrian zone, including the musical fountains, light displays, mist systems, and surveillance cameras, is controlled from an underground control room beneath Nguyen Hue Street.

Tran Phu Pedestrian Street, Mong Cai, Quang Ninh opened in late May 2015 and was the first pedestrian street in Mong Cai City and the first in Quang Ninh province.
Every evening from Wednesday to Sunday, Tran Phu Pedestrian Street comes alive with crowds of locals and tourists. Couples can stroll down the lively street, occasionally stopping by to buy souvenirs, take photos, or enjoy special games and activities.
Additionally, Tran Phu Pedestrian Street offers a variety of delicious local dishes such as white legged shrimp, pork sausage, and Bình Ngọc sweet potatoes, all served with free Wi-Fi. 6. Hoan Kiem Lake Pedestrian Street
