'Nek' became widely known when she won the Miss Tiffany's Universe title (a beauty pageant for transgender women) in Thailand in 2013. That same year, she also competed in the Miss International Queen contest and placed third, instantly gaining media attention.
'Nek' is highly active in the entertainment industry and frequently appears in magazines and newspapers. Most recently, she landed a role as a sweet schoolgirl in the popular TV series - Hormones.


2. Nitsa Katrahong
One of the most famous transgender women in Thailand recently is Nitsa. She won the Miss Tiffany’s Universe pageant in her home country and was crowned 1st runner-up at the Miss International Queen 2014 competition. Additionally, she earned two special awards: Best National Costume and Best Photogenic during the pageant's final night.
Nitsa graduated from Rajamangala University in Bangkok with degrees in fashion design and technology. Before entering transgender beauty contests, she was already quite popular in the Asian online community. Today, she is considered a serious contender to dethrone Nong Poy, the world’s most beautiful transgender woman.


3. Siripatsorn Sammy Atthayakorn
Sammy is one of the few transgender women who won both Miss Tiffany’s Universe and Miss International Queen in the same year, 2011. She is currently a student in the Department of Communication Arts at Dhurakij Pandit University.
After her pageant victories, Sammy continued her studies while also pursuing a career in advertising, modeling, and magazine covers in Thailand. She is widely admired online for her gentle, pure beauty, which rivals that of any natural-born young woman.


4. Nong Poy
When it comes to transgender women in Thailand, many people know Poyd (also known as Nong Poy). Despite the growing number of transgender individuals in Thailand, Nong Poy is still regarded by everyone as the most successful and famous transgender woman in the world. She made headlines when she won the title of Miss Tiffany’s Universe and Miss International Queen in 2004.
Nong Poy is also an idol for many gay men who want to embrace their true selves. The Thai beauty is now as sought-after by the media as A-list celebrities. Nong Poy is frequently invited to events across many countries and continues to build her career as a model and actress. Her Instagram account boasts 1.3 million followers.


5. Ratrawee Kaitong Jiraprapakul
Kaitong is one of the most beautiful transgender women in Thailand. She has a Western-like, delicate face with fair skin and a well-proportioned figure.
Before gaining media attention, Kaitong was a student at Mahasarakham University. With her flawless looks, it was no surprise that she won the Miss Tiffany’s Universe crown and placed as 2nd runner-up in the Miss International Queen competition in 2006. She is now the founder and CEO of her own cosmetics brand, 'The Secret of Queen Ratrawee.'


6. Tanyarat "Film" Jirapatpakon
With her stunningly beautiful and feminine appearance after a successful gender transition, "Film" rose to fame quickly in 2007. That year, she won both national and international beauty pageants for transgender women. Due to her newfound fame, "Film" became the first transgender flight attendant for P.C Air, Thailand's airline company. After the airline shut down, she transitioned to a career in modeling for magazines and later ventured into cosmetic design and sales. Today, "Film" enjoys a happy life with her boyfriend.
