He played a total of 510 minutes for the Vietnam national team and proved himself to be one of the finest full-backs in Vietnamese football. With tireless runs up and down the pitch, Van Thanh made significant contributions to Vietnam U23's victories. Despite standing at just 1.62 meters tall, his strength lies in his relentless pressing, remarkable stamina, and excellent tactical understanding of both attacking and defending. Many times during the tournament, he launched counter-attacks and his defensive skills were equally crucial for both the offensive and defensive units. Furthermore, Van Thanh showed immense composure when he successfully converted the first penalty in the quarter-finals and also took the decisive final penalty, sending Vietnam to the final. Because of this, Van Thanh became an indispensable asset for coach Park Hang Seo.

3. Midfielder Phan Van Duc
"Super Sub" of the Vietnam national team, often regarded as coach Park Hang Seo's secret weapon. With a consistently strong and convincing performance in the latter half of the season, Phan Van Duc caught the attention of the coach and earned a place in the final squad. In return, he proved his worth with highly intelligent play. When called upon from the bench in critical moments during the group stage, he made an immediate impact: small in stature, but never backing down from a challenge, contributing both in attack and defense. Phan Van Duc earned the trust of the coach, playing vital roles in the quarter-final and semi-final matches. 4. Midfielder Quang Hai
When people think of Vietnam U23, the name Quang Hai is sure to come to mind. He is the star shining brightest at this year's U23 Asian Championship. Often compared to Vietnam's Messi, Quang Hai has scored 4 out of the team's 7 goals in the tournament, including a stunning goal voted the best of the qualifying round and another spectacular strike against U23 Qatar. Few would have believed that a player born in 1997, with a smaller build and standing just 1.68 meters tall, could achieve such feats. However, with hard work, determination, and natural skill, every time Vietnam calls, Quang Hai responds with beautiful and crucial goals that help the team narrowly edge past tough opponents. His two goals against Qatar in the semi-final were especially emotional, sending the match into extra time and securing a penalty shootout win. With all he has contributed, Quang Hai truly deserves to be considered the player who played the biggest role in sending Vietnam U23 to the final. What's more, he has the chance to become the tournament's top scorer if he adds two more goals in the final.

5. Goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung
While Quang Hai has been instrumental in scoring goals for Vietnam U23, goalkeeper Bui Tien Dung has been just as vital in keeping the team's net secure against numerous strong opponents and top-class strikers. After the win over Qatar, Bui Tien Dung earned the nickname "The Spider" for his miraculous saves in goal. He was the hero who stopped two penalty shots, playing a crucial role in sending Vietnam to the final. Originally a central defender, Bui Tien Dung's natural talent as a goalkeeper, combined with tireless training, has made him an essential part of the team's defense. He consistently delivered strong performances, instilling immense confidence among his teammates. Bui Tien Dung has undoubtedly been one of Vietnam U23's standout performers in this tournament.

6. Captain Lu Xuân Trường
The success of Vietnam U23 can be largely attributed to the invaluable contributions of their captain, Lu Xuân Trường.
