1. Condensed Milk Watermelon Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 Watermelon (1kg)
- 120ml Whipping Cream
- 60ml Condensed Milk
- 50g Sugar
Prepare the Watermelon:
- Peel and dice the watermelon, removing seeds for a smoother texture.
- Separate 250g for sugar coating, blend the rest, and strain to get 240ml watermelon juice.
Sugar Coating:
- Cook diced watermelon and juice, add 50g sugar, stir until dissolved, and let it cool.
Making Watermelon Ice Cream:
- Whip 120ml cream until thick, add 60ml condensed milk and cooled watermelon mixture, mix well.
