1. Rolls-Royce Phantom Year of the Dragon Edition
Rolls-Royce Phantom Year of the Dragon Edition is a special edition created by the British automaker in the Phantom line. Inspired by the mythical creature revered in China, the Year of the Dragon collection was developed by Rolls-Royce’s Bespoke division and features unique detailing. The exterior is decorated with intricate carvings, including a gold trim (a line running along the car’s side) and dragon motifs etched into the wood and embroidered onto the leather, all celebrating the Chinese New Year. It’s expected that the sales will contribute to Rolls-Royce's significant growth in China, now the third-largest global market for millionaires, following the U.S. and Japan.
Inside the car, several dragon motifs are hand-embroidered on the headrests using a four-color thread technique. Additionally, each car in this special collection includes a dragon engraving on the passenger dashboard. At each door sill, illuminated plates featuring the words "Year of the Dragon 2012" shine with LED lighting, and the rear features two armrests for rear passengers, embroidered with the double RR logo. Finally, the Phantom model name is also highlighted with gold accents on some interior panels. As mentioned, the Rolls-Royce Phantom Year of the Dragon Edition cars are all custom-made by the Rolls-Royce Bespoke division, a recent extension to accommodate a large number of custom order requests.
Price: $1-1.2 million

2. Hyperion Pininfarina ($6 Million)
This isn’t the first time that Pininfarina’s Special Projects Division has designed a one-of-a-kind vehicle from a standard production model. In the past, Pininfarina has redesigned Ferrari cars, such as the P4/5 by Jim Glickenhaus and the Scaglietti ‘K’ for Peter Kalikow. For the Hyperion, Roland Hall, a collector and owner of a Rolls-Royce Drophead Coupe, asked Pininfarina to create a custom car inspired by the opulence of 1930s luxury automobiles. Today, many elite buyers seek to return to the concept of the automobile as an artistic expression, reminiscent of the 1950s.
With the Hyperion model, Pininfarina’s Special Projects Division team showcased their creativity and expertise while staying true to the vision of the customer. The result is a bespoke Hyperion, built upon the prestige of the Pininfarina and Rolls-Royce brands, featuring lines and proportions seldom seen in a 21st-century car. The Hyperion carries on the legacy of other Rolls-Royce designs by Pininfarina, such as the 1951 Silver Dawn and the 1975 Camargue coupe.
Unveiled in the fall of 2007, the design immediately evokes the elegance of 1930s vehicles, with the bodywork embracing both driver and passengers. The standout feature of the car is its commanding presence, effortlessly drawing attention even while stationary. Like all Pininfarina creations, the secret to the Hyperion lies in its perfect balance between volume, form, and proportion. The body is made from carbon fiber, and structurally, the driving position has been pushed back 400mm, with the rear seats removed to make room for its striking design.

3. Phantom Mansory Conquistador
At its core, the Rolls-Royce Phantom stands as a symbol of luxury, and it is undeniable that it represents the pinnacle of modern automotive engineering. However, Mansory, the renowned German tuning company known for modifying high-end models like Bentley and Aston Martin, has added several unique features to this prestigious car.
For this new version, the developers have incorporated LED daytime running lights, an extended grille stripe, and new aluminum-integrated side panels. The mirrors now feature integrated indicators, and the rear is outfitted with a rear apron and dual stainless steel exhaust pipes above and below. A small sporty spoiler is another interesting addition to the design.
Furthermore, Mansory has added a new rear bumper with dual stainless steel exhaust tips above and below, as well as a sporty rear spoiler. The luxury and refinement are enhanced by a brand-new matte finish paint from Glasurit, which gives the car a stunning glossy black color and subtle chrome detailing. This car was showcased at the Auto Salon Geneva.
The interior of the car is further highlighted with carbon fiber panels and Alcantara upholstery, featuring an LCD screen mounted on the backrest of the front seats. The distinctive use of wide carbon fiber paired with stylish wood inlays and ambient lighting has given the interior an extraordinary sense of luxury.
The engine has also been upgraded to 7.5L, increasing its power output. The final specifications boast 543 horsepower (405 kW) and 810 Nm (597 lb-ft) of torque. The finishing touch is a set of 22-inch forged wheels, which hide Brembo brake calipers with 6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers.

4. Rolls-Royce Ghost Diva Fenice Milano ($3 Million)
Fenice Milano has introduced a new tuning program for the Rolls-Royce Ghost called the ‘Diva,’ adding an extra layer of Italian luxury and style. The Ghost Fenice Milano edition is an ultra-expensive model, featuring 24-karat gold plating on elements such as the hood, grille, side skirts, and mirrors, as well as a custom interior adorned with teak wood, leather, and Alcantara. The Ghost ‘Diva’ is designed to be the most exclusive car on the market, with Fenice Milano offering three different custom versions: gold, navy blue, and copper.
The white version of the Rolls-Royce Ghost Diva Fenice Milano comes with 24K gold-plated elements such as the hood, grille, side skirts, and mirrors. The navy blue version has a chrome grille with white gold accents, while the copper version features similar 24K gold highlights, though more subtly, with some copper accents appearing. The interior of the Rolls-Royce Ghost is also upgraded to deliver even greater luxury, with custom leather and Alcantara upholstery, teak wood or grey accents, and more 24K gold detailing. One of the most notable additions is a 24K gold minibar, which serves as the centerpiece of the interior. Fenice Milano has also enhanced various aspects of the vehicle by upgrading the engine control system, adding a sport suspension, and installing a new exhaust system.

5. Rolls-Royce Boat Tail ($28 Million)
Rolls-Royce Boat Tail has firmly established its position as a champion in the world of luxury cars. This is the second of only three Boat Tail models ever produced, and it draws inspiration from the elegance of pearls. Designed specifically for a distinguished client from a family known for its success in pearl farming, this car combines the customer's international background and artistic patronage. The design process began when the client brought four unique and intricate pearl shells, which became the foundation for the car's exterior color scheme. The primary hue blends the soft pink of pearls with an iridescent glow, creating a subtle yet striking color shift depending on the light.
The Boat Tail features cognac-colored paint and aluminum mica accents in gold and copper on the hood, creating an eye-catching contrast. Other notable details include the gold-pink woven fibers on the lower door sills, and the rear deck, which is inlaid with rose-gold trim, enhancing the car's luxury. Inside, the cabin merges cognac leather with pearl-like accents, Royal Walnut veneer, and gold-pink and mother-of-pearl details. The seats are upholstered in leather that shimmers like pearl, further emphasizing its opulence. A mother-of-pearl clock on the center console, chosen from the client's personal collection, completes the refined dashboard design, which showcases the beauty of these precious materials.
The Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is not just a car, but a moving work of art, exemplifying sophisticated design and the finest craftsmanship. It stands as a symbol of luxury, uniqueness, and a tribute to the client's family legacy.

6. Custom Rolls-Royce Sweptail ($12.8 Million)
The Sweptail coupe made its debut at the annual Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este in Italy. The name 'Sweptail' is inspired by the elongated, tapered tail of early 20th-century Rolls-Royce Phantom models. Indeed, many design elements of this car are borrowed from iconic coupes. It features round door designs from the 1925 Phantom I, the silhouette of the 1934 Phantom II Streamline Saloon, and a swooping rear tail inspired by models like the 1934 Gurney Nutting Phantom II Two-Door Light Saloon.
The Sweptail also embodies 21st-century beauty. Its panoramic glass roof offers an experience akin to the sunroof in a Tesla Model X, allowing the driver (or a chauffeur-driven owner) to enjoy an open-sky view while cruising through the city. Inside, the car is lavishly trimmed with polished Macassar Ebony and Paldao wood, materials chosen for their exclusive appeal. The analog clock on the dashboard is crafted from titanium, and the center console discreetly hides a champagne cooler and two crystal flutes.
Sweptail masterfully combines early 20th-century design influences with personal inspirations drawn from the designer's favorite cars.
Instead of a hidden compartment like the Dawn model, the Sweptail's side wall cleverly conceals two carbon fiber containers designed to store the owner's laptop, complementing the custom luggage in the trunk. The sleek wheel design, elegant horizontal bar, flowing roofline, and distinctive rear taper are all elements that Rolls-Royce has perfected to create a car that aligns perfectly with the brand's spirit.

7. Phantom Solid Gold ($8.2 Million)
The Rolls-Royce Phantom Solid Gold was created for an anonymous Middle Eastern billionaire and is considered the most expensive car ever made. This luxurious vehicle is adorned with 120kg of 18-carat gold, with a meticulous design process that took 18 months to complete. The gold was applied to the interior by molding around existing accessories, while the exterior is covered in bespoke gold panels. This project was a collaboration between Switzerland’s EuroCash AG and Liverpool-based Stuart Hughes, resulting in what is truly the world’s most opulent car.
EuroCash AG approached Stuart Hughes to create a “safe and extraordinary” version of the Phantom Solid Gold for their client. During the development, Hughes focused on the design, while EuroCash AG managed the safety features. Hughes is renowned for his expertise in crafting gold luxury items and has previously worked on custom pieces for celebrities, including a gold mobile phone made specifically for Victoria Beckham.
Besides the gold plating, the car is fully armored, certified by a German agency to withstand hundreds of types of ammunition. The weapons tested against the vehicle included Kalashnikovs, AK-47s, and Dragunov sniper rifles.
