Võ Huy Toàn is a familiar name for Vietnamese football fans. He nearly missed the 2016 AFF Cup selection due to a typing error by Coach Nguyễn Hữu Thắng. At one point, he thought his career might end because of a herniated disc, but fortunately, thanks to a healer from Quảng Nam, he made a successful return to the field. 7. Vũ Văn Thanh (1995)
Vũ Văn Thanh, another product of the HAGL Arsenal JMG Academy, is now a well-known figure in Vietnamese football. Alongside players like Công Phượng, Xuân Trường, and Tuấn Anh, Văn Thanh has consistently been called up to the U23 and national teams, securing a starting position. Known as the most versatile player at HAGL, he can play as a midfielder, defender, or forward. Coach Nguyễn Quốc Tuấn has praised him for always fulfilling his duties exceptionally well, no matter the position he plays.
