The relationship between individuals and the community plays a decisive role in the sustainable existence and development of each country or territory. In the recent Covid pandemic, the awareness of complying with the '5K' regulations of each individual is extremely important for the common interest of the whole community in preventing the spread of the disease. However, in life, we still encounter individuals with selfish lifestyles, indifferent to the common affairs of society, only knowing to live for themselves and not caring about others. That has brought extremely bad consequences to society as a whole. Therefore, to build a healthy community, each individual needs to be aware of the importance of the connection between individuals and the community. Besides, we need to give without expecting anything in return, strive to improve ourselves, live for the common ideal goal of the whole group to contribute our strength to the cause of building socialism.

Individual and collective issues have always been hot topics in society and are practically the source of everything. An individual is a lone person born and developed within society, manifested by a certain will and personality, unified and independent to a certain extent with the surroundings; recognized by society and endowed with all the rights and duties of being human. A collective is a gathering of many individuals, in which they come together through some form of connection or obligation to each other regarding responsibilities, duties, and certain rights. Examples include schools, companies, clubs, student unions, etc. Since ancient times, our ancestors have been aware of individuals and collectives, specifically expressing their views very intimately in the proverb:
'One tree does not make a forestThree trees together make a tall mountain'
We increasingly see the importance of individual and collective issues. From primitive times, knowing how to live together in herds to avoid danger from wild animals, gathering together to share food, to natural, wild animals forming herds to survive, individuals are the elements that constitute and combine to form a unified entity, which is what we call a collective because a collective is only built when there are diverse, rich individuals linked together based on close relationships, common interests, shared passions, etc., things that bind them closely together.. A collective only exists, develops, and is maintained when that collective has individuals; it's like a miniature society, only when there are people living does it exist. A collective is a place to unify the opinions of individuals and represent to create a single will, it does not deny individual voices but requires a collective voice. The strength of the collective is derived from the strength of each individual combined. Each individual must also understand that they are a very small part of the collective and an important factor in forming and developing the collective. This is easily understood because collectives with significant contributions, with outstanding individuals, always develop, have strength, and attract more individuals. This also creates a situation, within a collective there is always latent competition, struggles between individuals. If everyone in a family knows how to live according to their duties, then that family will surely be wealthy and happy. If the majority of citizens know how to live up to their responsibilities and functions, then society will be healthy, good, and prosperous. Moreover, creating a strong, diverse collective demands more from individuals, requiring each person to have their own personality, their own voice, using that voice for the right purpose to eliminate the bad, and above all to unite the collective rather than dissolve into it. In today's society, there are those who pretend to live for the community but are selfish in their personal lives, self-serving, not a few resort to schemes to harm their peers, to bring them down, to trample on each other to survive. Individual, collective are two closely related relationships, so each person needs to be aware of what to do to make both the collective and the individual better.
