2. The Amazing Spider-Man
The Amazing Spider-Man is a superhero film directed by Marc Webb, based on the popular comic book series, starring Andrew Garfield as the iconic Spider-Man. This film serves as a reboot of the Spider-Man franchise, marking the fourth installment from Columbia Pictures with a fresh take on the superhero.
In the movie, Peter Parker moves in with his Aunt May after his parents mysteriously disappear in a tragic accident. Driven by a need to uncover the truth about his parents, Peter stumbles upon documents related to Oscorp and his father's former colleague.
In the course of his investigation, Peter is bitten by a radioactive spider, granting him extraordinary powers. Meanwhile, his father's colleague, Dr. Curt Connors, transforms into the monstrous Lizard, posing a new threat to the world.


3. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse tells the story of Miles Morales, a young boy living in a parallel universe. One day, he is bitten by a radioactive spider and discovers that he possesses the same powers as Spider-Man. After witnessing the death of Peter Parker, Miles is determined to carry on the legacy and finish what Peter started.
As Peter’s death opens the door to the multiverse, Miles finds himself in a world where five other Spider-Men from different realities emerge. These include Peter B. Parker, Spider Gwen, Peni Parker from a future timeline, Spider Noir from a dark universe, and Spider-Ham, a cartoonish pig. Together, they must find their way back to their respective worlds, or risk losing their homes forever.


4. The Amazing Spider-Man 2
The story picks up from where the previous film left off, as Spider-Man continues to juggle his everyday life with the immense responsibility of protecting New York. Living a double life has its perks, like swinging between skyscrapers and spending quality time with his beautiful girlfriend, Gwen Stacy.
With the help of his friend Harry Osborn, Peter starts to unravel the mysteries surrounding his father and the Osborn Corporation. Though this is where he gained his powers, it’s also where he must confront dangerous new enemies, including Electro, Rhino, and the Green Goblin.


5. Spider-Man: Homecoming
Following the Avengers' battle in New York (as seen in The Avengers), Tony Stark and the U.S. government establish the Department of Damage Control (D.O.D.C.) to handle the cleanup of the mess left behind by Adrian Toomes. Angry over being fired, Toomes, the former owner of a salvage company, convinces his team to keep some of the Chitauri technology (the alien creatures Loki sent to Earth) and repurpose it to create powerful weapons.
Meanwhile, Peter Parker continues to fight crime as Spider-Man, with the approval of his mentor, Tony Stark. One day, Peter encounters the villain Vulture, who uses the stolen tech to create dangerous weapons. Can Peter stop him before it's too late?


6. Spider-Man: Far From Home
Spider-Man: Far From Home is a 2019 American superhero film based on Marvel Comics’ Peter Parker, and serves as the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017). Produced by Marvel Studios and Columbia Pictures, the film is the 23rd installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Directed by Jon Watts, with a script by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, the movie stars Tom Holland as Peter Parker, alongside Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, and Jon Favreau.
The story follows Peter Parker and Nick Fury as they team up with Mysterio to battle the Elementals while Peter is on a school trip across Europe. The film was developed in October 2016, with Holland confirming his return as Peter Parker in July 2017. Director Watts and Jake Gyllenhaal, who plays Mysterio, joined the project in 2018. Principal photography took place in locations like the UK, Czech Republic, and Venice, from July to October 2018. The film premiered in Hollywood on June 26, 2019, and was released in the US and other markets in early July 2019.


7. Spider-Man
Spider-Man is based on the Marvel Comics superhero character, telling the story of Peter Parker, a nerdy high school student who has a rough life. Orphaned as a child, bullied by jocks, and unable to confess his feelings to his crush, Mary Jane Watson, Peter’s life is far from ideal. But everything changes when he is bitten by a radioactive spider during a field trip to a lab, gaining extraordinary abilities that nobody could have predicted. He develops a muscular physique, enhanced vision, the ability to cling to walls, and can shoot webs from his wrists—but not all of it is fun and games.
Meanwhile, billionaire inventor Norman Osborn tests a performance-enhancing drug on himself, transforming into the dangerous Green Goblin. As Spider-Man, Peter must face this new threat in a battle where only one will survive—him or the Goblin.
