1. Memphis Depay
Memphis Depay, born on February 13, 1994, commonly known as Memphis, is a Dutch footballer and rapper who plays as a winger for Barcelona and the Netherlands national team. He began his professional career with PSV Eindhoven, scoring 50 goals in 124 appearances across all competitions. Depay was the top scorer with 22 goals in 30 matches, helping his team win the Eredivisie title in the 2014 - 2015 season. He joined Manchester United in May 2015 for a fee of £25 million.
Depay was a member of the Netherlands U17 team that won the European Championship in 2011. He made his senior national team debut in 2013 and subsequently featured in the Netherlands squad for the 2014 World Cup and Euro 2020. Memphis Depay, playing as a winger, is considered one of the worst signings for MU under the management of Louis Van Gaal. His performances were below par, characterized by intricate play, inefficiency, and a lack of impact. Depay deserves to be on Jose Mourinho's transfer blacklist.

2. Michael Carrick
Michael Carrick, born on July 28, 1981, in Wallsend, Tyne and Wear, is a former professional footballer and currently serves as an assistant coach for Manchester United. Carrick played for West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur. He is known for his creative ball distribution and technical skills. As of January 2013, he has made 27 appearances for the England national team, played 369 matches in the Premier League, and 59 matches in European competitions. During his 7 seasons at Old Trafford, Carrick won 4 Premier League titles, a Champions League title, an FA Cup, and a FIFA Club World Cup.
Carrick began his professional football career at West Ham United in 1997, winning the FA Youth Cup with the club's youth team two years later. A midfield maestro for Manchester United, Carrick is remembered for his slick passing and creative playmaking along with his silky dribbling skills. However, the player born in 1981 may no longer fit the style of the Portuguese manager, so it's highly likely Carrick will have to leave the 'Theatre of Dreams' when his contract with MU ends.

3. Ashley Young
Ashley Simon Young, born on July 9, 1985, is an English footballer who plays as a winger or full-back for Aston Villa F.C. in the English Premier League. Born and raised in Hertfordshire, Young began his career at Watford, making his debut in 2003 under the management of Ray Lewington.
A former Aston Villa player, English footballer Ashley Young, performed admirably when Sir brought him to Old Trafford to play as a winger. However, the more he played, the more ineffective he seemed in his style of play. This season, he hasn't been given much playing time by Jose Mourinho. It's very likely that Young will be sold in the upcoming transfer window.

4. Bastian Schweinsteiger
Bastian Schweinsteiger, born in 1984, is a German midfielder who played for Manchester United from 2015. However, recently Schweinsteiger had to train with the youth team. With his relatively advanced age, he is also not in Mourinho's plans. Perhaps Schweinsteiger should find a new destination before being pushed out by Mourinho in the upcoming transfer window. He spent 13 seasons at Bayern Munich, playing about 500 matches and scoring 67 goals. Here, Bastian Schweinsteiger won 8 Bundesliga titles, 7 DFB-Pokal titles, one UEFA Champions League title, one FIFA Club World Cup title, and 2 DFB-Ligapokal titles.
He joined Manchester United from 2015 to 2017 and ended his career at Chicago Fire before retiring. Since making his debut for the German national team from 2004 to 2016, he played 121 matches for Germany, scoring 24 goals. He was called up to the German national team to participate in 3 European Championships and 3 World Cups, including winning the World Cup 2014. On October 9, 2019, Schweinsteiger officially retired from international competition after 29 years of professional play.

5. Morgan Schneiderlin
Morgan Schneiderlin was born on November 8, 1989, and is a professional French footballer playing as a midfielder, currently representing OGC Nice and the French national team. Schneiderlin began his football career with a local club, RC Strasbourg, before moving to England to join Southampton in June 2008. He made 260 appearances for Southampton over 7 seasons, excelling in the Premier League. Schneiderlin joined Manchester United in July 2015.
After representing France at the U-16 level, he was promoted to the senior squad and made his debut in an international match in 2014, later participating in the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. This summer, Mourinho brought in two quality signings, Pogba and Mkhitaryan, along with the fantastic return of Fellaini. Morgan Schneiderlin is a professional French midfielder for MU and the French national team. However, Mourinho seems undecided about Schneiderlin. Despite his talent, Schneiderlin's potential departure in the upcoming transfer window would not be surprising.

6. Matteo Darmian
Matteo Darmian was born on December 3, 1989, and is an Italian footballer who plays as a full-back for Inter Milan and the Italian national team. Although Darmian started his career as a center-back, he now plays in both left and right full-back positions. Darmian has Armenian roots. He began his career with A.C. Milan, participating in Serie A at the age of 17. In 2009, he played for Calcio Padova, helping them avoid relegation from Serie B in his only season there. He then returned to Serie A with Palermo and a year later with Torino. He moved to Manchester United in July 2015.
Matteo Darmian is an Italian footballer. He joined Manchester United in July 2015 and plays as a full-back. Darmian always proves to be an excellent player at the beginning of each season. However, recently, the Italian defender has been making frequent mistakes, especially in recent matches. This has led to MU dropping to 6th place in the standings. If he doesn't improve his performance, Darmian may find himself on the list of players to leave soon.

7. Phil Jones
English versatile player, Phil Jones, born in 1992, started playing for Manchester United in 2011. He plays as a center-back, but can also be a defensive midfielder or a right winger. However, at the moment, Jones's development potential is a big question mark as he continues to suffer from injuries that affect his performance. Especially now, with quality signing Eric Bailly injured and out for at least 2 months, special considerations have been made to let Phil Jones go and bring in another quality player.
Phil Jones joined Blackburn F.C in 2002. Trained at Blackburn Rovers, he proved to be an outstanding center-back. With over 100 tackles and clearances, Phil Jones became increasingly famous. After joining Manchester United in 2011, he became known to over 100,000 people. At the end of the 2010-2011 season, Manchester United showed interest in signing Jones. The transfer fee, undisclosed, is believed to be at least £16.5 million.

8. Marcos Rojo
Argentinian footballer Marcos Rojo born in 1990, currently playing as a defender for the Red Devils in Manchester. He officially joined MU in August 2014 with a transfer fee of £16.5 million. However, with inconsistent form, Rojo has only featured in a few recent matches, especially when Eric Bailly was injured. In Mourinho's long-term plan, he probably won't keep a player on the bench for too long, especially not a solid defender. Therefore, Marcos Rojo should seek a new destination if he doesn't want to face the possibility of being axed by the special one.
He began his football career at local club Estudiantes de La Plata. Here, he won a Copa Libertadores in 2009, played in the FIFA Club World Cup final later that year, and won the Argentine Primera in 2010. After a brief spell with Spartak Moscow, he joined Sporting CP in 2012 before moving to Manchester United for £16 million two years later. He has won 4 titles with the English club, including the FA Cup 2015 - 2016, the Community Shield, the EFL Cup, and the UEFA Europa League in the 2016 - 2017 season. Rojo made his debut for the Argentine national team in 2011 and has since earned over 60 caps.
