Luke Nguyễn, the Australian-Vietnamese chef, is widely known to Vietnamese audiences as a judge on Masterchef Vietnam. He has a profound love for Vietnamese street food and holds great respect for the farmers and growers in his homeland.
Currently, he enjoys remarkable success with his Vietnamese restaurant chain, Red Lantern, in Sydney. He is also an author of cooking books and hosts culinary shows on television. Luke participated in a documentary about Vietnamese cuisine and shortly after, released a new cooking book titled Luke Nguyễn's Greater Mekong. He appeared as a guest chef in the Australian Masterchef cooking competition. Presently, Luke Nguyễn is the official judge of MasterChef Vietnam.


3. Michael Bảo Huỳnh
Michael Bảo Huỳnh, born in 1968 in Ho Chi Minh City, left his homeland in 1982. He worked as a sous chef and then in the architectural field for 10 years. In 2001, he shifted his focus to opening a culinary business in New York. In 2003, he became the first Vietnamese chef to win the top chef award along with 8 other chefs in New York.
Currently, Chef Michael Bảo Huỳnh serves as a culinary advisor and head chef at Master Chef restaurant number 123 Mai Hắc Đế (Hanoi). Here, the Vietnamese-American chef has made his mark with Fusion cuisine, a style that requires chefs to understand various culinary cultures worldwide.
Michael Bảo Huỳnh advises Vietnamese chefs to seek opportunities abroad for learning and networking. Additionally, they need to taste and experience dishes from different culinary backgrounds to accurately recreate them. According to him, 'You can't know how to cook if you don't taste. Learning to cook from books can only help chefs create dishes that look good, nothing more.'

4. Nguyen Thi Dieu Thao
For Vietnamese television audiences, this name is undoubtedly familiar, nobody is unaware of her. She's not just a talented chef but also an expert, an educator, and a renowned culinary researcher. Born in 1961 in Saigon, she was fortunate to be born into a culinary cradle, a family with a culinary tradition.
Perhaps because of this, her culinary research path has been somewhat smoother than others. She has produced numerous famous culinary works, contributing to Vietnamese cuisine. With extensive experience in Vietnamese cuisine, she has also actively contributed to the Vietnam Culinary Institute, in modeling for Vietnamese cuisine and in the journey to establish the standard for Pho. She is also a consultant for many famous restaurants.
Ms. Dieu Thao believes: 'Having skill and being attentive to learning alone doesn't necessarily make one a good chef. Above all, creativity and unique thinking are what help chefs assert their skills and their class.'

5. Tran Van Hai
In the eyes of the world, Vietnamese people are known for their intelligence, diligence, and friendliness. We can see all of these in Tran Van Hai - the humorous and immensely popular Vietnamese chef in Germany.
He is a successful Vietnamese chef in Germany with Japanese cuisine. From a labor migrant in Germany, no one could believe that one day he would be honored in this country. After accumulating considerable experience, he opened a Japanese cuisine restaurant. His name became prominent throughout Berlin capital thanks to his talent and unique dishes.
He also appeared on 10 pages of the book 'Berlin kocht,' revealing cooking tricks of 14 top chefs in Berlin. Although specializing in Japanese cuisine, he actively promotes Vietnamese dishes to the world, contributing to the development of Vietnamese cuisine.


6. Christine Ha
Chef Christine Huyen Tran Ha, also known as Ha Huyen Tran, is a Vietnamese-American born in 1979 in Los Angeles County, California. Her vision began to deteriorate in 1999 and she became completely blind in 2007. She graduated with a degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 and a Master's degree in Fiction Writing from the University of Houston.
Chef Christine Ha is currently the official judge of the MasterChef: King of Chefs Vietnam program, season 3. The winner of MasterChef USA in 2012 - Christine Ha is the first visually impaired person to participate in this MasterChef competition.


7. Phan Ton Tinh Hai
Head Chef - Chef Phan Ton Tinh Hai was born and raised in a family with royal roots. Her mother is a famous culinary artisan from Hue. Perhaps that's why, from the moment she was born, Chef Hai was acquainted with the essence of Hue royal cuisine.
Not hiding her origins, Head Chef - Chef Hai nodded in confirmation that her roots contributed significantly to her culinary career. Master Phan Ton Tinh Hai is currently the CEO of Vietnamese Culinary Arts Joint Stock Company (VCA) and the principal cum lecturer at Mint Culinary School.

8. Pham Tuan Hai
After graduating from culinary training, Head Chef - Chef Pham Tuan Hai started his career and quickly became a skilled chef at famous hotels in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City such as Sunflower, Parkland, Sedona Suit, Sofitel Plaza, Saigon Domain...
