1. Uong Hoang Phuc
Uong Hoang Phuc, born Nguyen Quoc Thanh on August 18, 1981, in Kien An, Cho Moi District, An Giang Province, is a renowned Vietnamese singer, actor, film producer, and dancer. He was once an exclusive artist under the entertainment company WePro. Phuc was also a member of 1088, a popular boy band in Vietnam's pop music scene, managed by the Cánh Chim Việt company. After the band disbanded, Uong Hoang Phuc launched a successful solo career, quickly becoming a beloved idol among 8X and 9X generation fans throughout the 2000s, with hits such as 'Thà rằng như thế', 'Mỗi người một nơi', 'Anh chỉ biết câm nín nghe tiếng em khóc', 'Vì sao trong lòng tôi', and 'Cắn rứt'.
After signing with WePro, Uong Hoang Phuc released five solo albums and one collaboration album with the group H.A.T. His albums were met with success, and as a former member of 1088, he quickly became a phenomenon with hit songs like 'Thà rằng như thế', 'Tôi đi tìm tôi', and 'Nỗi nhớ'. In 2002, his debut album 'Thà rằng như thế' sold 15,000 copies in just 15 days, eventually reaching a record-breaking 55,000 copies. Despite suffering a back injury that required surgery, Phuc made a triumphant return to the VPop scene. After two years of treatment in Singapore for a herniated disc, he left WePro in early 2009 and began a new chapter by founding his own company, 'WMA Records'. He later renamed it 'U-Media' in 2011. On March 10, 2018, he held a special 'Tái Sinh' concert after 18 years in Hanoi, where he relived his youth with fans through iconic hits like 'Hứa thật nhiều thất hứa thật nhiều', 'Vì sao trong lòng tôi', 'Kỷ niệm bỏ quên', 'Tôi không tin', 'Thà rằng như thế', and 'Anh không muốn bất công với em'. The concert featured special guests like Thu Minh, Quang Dũng, Thu Thủy, Phạm Quỳnh Anh, Dương Ngọc Thái, and Oplus, creating an unforgettable musical celebration.

2. Khanh Phuong
Khanh Phuong, born Pham Khanh Phuong on November 4, 1981, in Ho Chi Minh City, is a Vietnamese pop singer and the founder and former member of the boy band MP5 (2001-2004), alongside Truong The Vinh, Tran Tuyen, and Phuong Tai. In 2001, Khanh Phuong fulfilled his dream by forming MP5 with his friend Truong The Vinh. As the group's leader, he candidly acknowledged his own shortcomings and lack of strategic planning, which led to the group's disbandment after just two years. This setback left him feeling lost for a period of time.
After the band members pursued solo careers, Khanh Phuong officially began his solo journey in early 2006. His fame was solidified in 2010 with the hit song 'Chiếc khăn gió ấm', followed by other successful tracks. His deep, husky voice became instantly recognizable wherever he went. However, in the two years that followed, Khanh Phuong took a break from singing to manage his family's restaurant, while occasionally practicing in recording studios and being encouraged by friends to pursue solo performances. His turning point came when he traveled to China with his mother, where he heard the popular song 'Món quà sinh nhật'. Inspired by the song and feeling it suited his voice, he wrote the Vietnamese lyrics and created his own version, 'Mưa thủy tinh'.

3. Phan Anh
Phan Anh, born in 1981 in Hanoi, is a well-known Vietnamese model, TV host, and actor, recognized for his appearances on various game shows and television programs. With his handsome looks and sharp speaking skills, he quickly became a popular figure in the entertainment industry. 2016 was a significant year for Phan Anh as he took part in many major events. A passionate social activist, he gained widespread attention when he launched a fundraising campaign in October 2016 to support victims of the floods in central Vietnam. On the personal front, Phan Anh married Dương Tuấn Ngọc after a 7-year relationship, and they have three children together. In 2014, he and his daughter appeared on the reality show 'Bố ơi! Mình đi đâu thế?'.
Phan Anh graduated from the University of Labor and Social Affairs before pursuing an MBA in the United States. He frequently hosted for Hanoi Radio and Television, VTC, VTV, and other reality, music, and game show programs. Although not a regular host on VTV, he gained fame for hosting popular shows such as 'Thần tượng âm nhạc', 'Vietnam Idol' (Season 3, 2010), 'Giọng hát Việt' (2012-2015), 'Thần tượng âm nhạc: Vietnam Idol' (Season 5, 2014), 'Sao Online', '12 cá tính lên đường xuyên Việt', 'Vitamin', 'Cặp đôi hoàn hảo' (Season 3, 2014), 'The Amazing Race Vietnam: Cuộc đua kỳ thú' (2015), and 'Không giới hạn - Sasuke Vietnam' (2015).


4. Dinh Tien Dung
Dinh Tien Dung was born on October 5, 1981, in Nam Dinh. During his university years, he studied Crop Science at Hanoi University of Agriculture, where he also held leadership positions, such as the President of the Student Union for the Faculty of Agronomy and the President of the Student Union for the university. After graduating, he worked in youth affairs at the Central Youth Union. He later returned to FPT University, where he became the Head of Student Affairs. Currently, he holds the position of Head of the Culture Department at FPT Corporation.
Dinh Tien Dung participated in writing scripts for the popular TV programs 'Thư giãn cuối tuần', 'Gặp nhau cuối tuần', and 'Gặp nhau cuối năm' on Vietnam Television. He gained national fame when he became a host on the interactive TV show 'Hỏi Xoáy đáp Xoay'. He also competed in the reality TV show 'Cặp đôi hoàn hảo' on VTV3, where he made it to the top 4 and earned a large fan base. In terms of his personal life, Dinh Tien Dung married MC Hồng Nga in 2014, and they now have a son together.

5. Bang Cuong
Bang Cuong, born in 1981, is a well-known young Vietnamese singer. Growing up in an artistic family, he developed a passion for music at an early age. He began singing in sixth grade and participated in school performances. Despite his initial pursuit of a career in wood carving to support himself, his love for music never faded. After facing the hardships of losing his mother and older brother, he made the decision to return to music with the financial support of his stepbrother, allowing him to continue chasing his dreams.
Bang Cuong was the leader of the 8X band, which provided him with valuable musical experience. After the group disbanded, he ventured into a solo career. His early days were tough, often performing for free or in small venues, which led him to moments of doubt. However, the encouragement of his friends and family helped him stay focused. Despite his natural talent and artistic heritage, the road was still difficult. Before moving to Ho Chi Minh City in 2006, he performed in northern provinces. Once in the south, he began performing for free at charity events. His persistence and the support of those around him eventually led to his success in the music industry.

6. Huynh Lap
Huynh Lap, born in 1993, is an emerging artist in the Vietnamese entertainment industry. He gained fame after winning the 2015 'Cười Xuyên Việt – Artist Edition' with his fresh and humorous acting style. In 2016, he made a significant impact as the director of the successful live show featuring Trấn Thành and Việt Hương, which left the audience in stitches. Huynh Lap also ventured into acting with his role in the film 'Sài Gòn - anh yêu em'. More recently, he has gained widespread attention for directing the music video and short film 'Xuân không màu', which became a viral hit among online communities.
Huynh Lap was the winner of the 2015 'Cười Xuyên Việt'. In 2016, he returned to the show as one of the judges, helping to shape the competition. He is a core member of the popular YouTube comedy group DamTV, where he is known for creating scripts, performing, and excelling as a director. Originally, Huynh Lap applied to the University of Theatre and Cinema in Ho Chi Minh City, but luck was not on his side. He then shifted to FPT Arena to study multimedia arts, where he met the other members of DamTV. Since winning 'Cười Xuyên Việt', Huynh Lap has continued to solidify his reputation, even becoming the head director for Trấn Thành's grand live show 'Bình tĩnh sống'.

7. Hoài Linh
Hoài Linh, born Võ Nguyễn Hoài Linh on December 18, 1969, is a renowned Vietnamese comedian and cải lương artist. He has won numerous prestigious awards, including the Cù Nèo Vàng and Mai Vàng, and was named 'People's Artist' in 2015, becoming the first overseas Vietnamese artist to receive this honor. Hoài Linh gained recognition for his collaborations with overseas comedian Vân Sơn, but it was his long-standing partnership with Chí Tài that solidified his place in the comedy scene. He also worked with Thúy Nga Entertainment in the US and Nụ Cười Mới in Vietnam. Born in Cam Ranh, he lived there until 1975 when his family relocated to Dầu Giây. He completed his secondary education at Thống Nhất A High School in Trảng Bom before returning to Cam Ranh in 1988 to reclaim their property, and then moved to Ho Chi Minh City in 1992, before immigrating to the United States in 1993. During this time, he joined the Ponaga music and dance troupe and later studied dance before returning to the troupe in 1994.
Hoài Linh is widely regarded as a versatile artist. His initial desire to pursue dance was opposed by his family, who hoped he would become a teacher. Undeterred, he continued his passion for performing, touring the central and southern regions of Vietnam with the Ponaga troupe. He was mentored by the renowned dance master Đặng Hùng, while he taught himself folk singing. In 1991, he won a vocal competition in Nha Trang, where he met Thanh Lộc, a fellow performer, and the two teamed up for a comedy act that became a major success. This marked the beginning of his career in comedy. His first performance was a modern reinterpretation of the classic Tô Ánh Nguyệt in Diên Khánh, with Thanh Lộc.
Hoài Linh is also known for his extraordinary ability to mimic a wide range of Vietnamese regional accents. Growing up in Long Khánh after his family’s migration, he had the opportunity to interact with people from various regions, which helped him master many local accents while maintaining his native Quảng Nam accent. Besides comedy, dancing, and folk singing, he is also proficient in modern music. After settling in Orlando, Florida, his family became involved in hosting events, where Hoài Linh regularly performed. In late 1995, he began working exclusively with Vân Sơn Center on video and audio projects. Upon returning to Vietnam in 1999, he left Vân Sơn to create his own live shows, later partnering with Thúy Nga and Nụ Cười Mới, and frequently collaborating with Chí Tài.

8. Quyen Linh
Quyền Linh was born on July 28, 1969, in Châu Thành, Mỹ Tho (now Tiền Giang Province), the eldest in a poor, large farming family. After his parents' divorce, he and his siblings were raised by their mother and grandmother. Later, the family moved to a new economic zone in Châu Thành, Tiền Giang, where life became even more difficult after his stepfather passed away in a traffic accident in 1976. The family lived in a cramped shack, struggling to survive on meager resources. As a high school student, Quyền Linh developed a passion for cải lương (Vietnamese opera) and drama, and was talented in these arts. He was selected to join a crash course in music and drama organized by the School of Theater Arts 2, which lasted two weeks. Afterward, he took part in auditions for the school’s acting program. Though he had no high expectations, he received an acceptance letter to join the school's acting department just before he was about to enroll in a medical program at the Tiền Giang Medical School.
In 1992, Quyền Linh competed in the “Promising Movie Actor” contest held at Văn Thánh tourist area, winning fourth place. This achievement marked a turning point in his career. Directors quickly took notice of him, and his first role was a supporting character in the film *Khát Vọng Sống* (Desire to Live), directed by Nguyễn Đạt Hải and Bùi Tuấn Dị, alongside famous actors like Lê Công Tuấn Anh and Trịnh Kim Chi. However, when Lê Công Tuấn Anh suddenly dropped out of the film, Quyền Linh was promoted to the lead role after a casting process. This became his first lead role in cinema. Following *Khát Vọng Sống*, he continued to appear in films such as *Hoa Trinh Nữ*, *Vườn Đào Năm Ấy*, *Đứa Con Rơi*, and notably, in a gender-bending role in *Thời Đại Của Đàn Bà Con Gái* (The Age of Women and Girls).
In 2004, Quyền Linh began hosting the TV show *Nhịp Sống Sôi Động* on Ho Chi Minh City Television, but it didn't meet expectations. He initially resisted becoming a game show host, doubting his hosting abilities. However, in 2005, he took on the role of host for another show, *Vượt Lên Chính Mình* (Overcoming Yourself), a collaboration between HTV and advertising company Lasta. Initially criticized for his awkward hosting style, he soon found his rhythm, winning over audiences with his down-to-earth and humorous approach. From 2005 to 2008, *Vượt Lên Chính Mình*, under his direction and hosting, won multiple *Mai Vàng* Awards for “Best TV Program” and “Best Host,” making Quyền Linh the most awarded artist in the history of the *Mai Vàng* Awards.

9. Bình Minh
Bình Minh, full name Nguyễn Bình Minh, was born on November 5, 1981, in Lạng Sơn. He is a Vietnamese model, actor, and TV host. In 2011, he won the *Mai Vàng* Award for “Most Popular Actor” for his role as Chí Cùa in the film *Vật Chứng Mong Manh* (Fragile Evidence). Bình Minh moved to Ho Chi Minh City in 2002 to pursue his career, starting as a model and later branching into acting and hosting. He has appeared in several films, including *Chuyện Tình Xa Xứ* (A Love Story from Afar), *Giao Lộ Định Mệnh* (Intersection of Fate), *Cô Gái Xấu Xí* (The Ugly Girl), *Vật Chứng Mong Manh*, *Nữ Sát Thủ* (Female Assassin), *Khát Vọng Thượng Lưu* (Aspirations of the Elite), and *Giấc Mơ Cỏ May* (A Dream of Green Grass).
On December 21, 2008, Bình Minh was honored with the title of “Outstanding Male Model of the Year” at the *Vietnam Model Awards*. That same year, he married Anh Thơ, and the couple has two daughters, An Nhiên and An Như. He has starred in many notable TV shows such as *39 Độ Yêu* (2005), *Công Ty Thời Trang* (2005), *Vũ Điệu Tử Thần* (Dance of the Dead, 2006), *Đi Về Phía Mặt Trời* (Towards the Sun, 2006), *Nhà Có 3 Chị Em* (Three Sisters at Home, 2007), *Cô Gái Xấu Xí* (The Ugly Girl, 2009), *Người Cộng Sự* (The Collaborator, 2013), *Ông Trùm* (The Boss, 2015), and more.
