Lawyer Nguyễn Quốc Minh has invested millions of VND to build a farm dedicated to producing this luxurious drink at Civet Coffee Cafe. The cafe's atmosphere is uniquely nostalgic, with a strong Vietnamese identity. From the traditional wooden beams to the round wooden columns, tables, chairs, and vintage items, everything reminds you of the old, cherished memories of Vietnam's past.
In Vietnam, civet coffee can cost anywhere between 15 to 64 million VND per kilogram. The highest quality, produced directly at the source, is priced at 20 million VND per kilogram. Globally, the world has recognized Da Lat's Arabica coffee (grown at altitudes over 1,000 meters with average temperatures of around 18°C), with two main varieties—Catimo and Moka—being among the best in the world.
