2. Đặng Quốc Khánh
Born in 1976, Đặng Quốc Khánh serves as the Chairman of the Hà Tĩnh Provincial People's Committee. He is the son of the former Secretary of the Hà Tĩnh Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council from 1996 to 2005. 3. Nguyễn Xuân Anh
Born in 1976, Nguyễn Xuân Anh is known as the Secretary of Da Nang City's Party Committee. He is the eldest son of Nguyễn Văn Chi, the former Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He holds a doctorate in Business Administration. With his profound knowledge, intelligence, and sharp insight, he has held numerous important positions in government over the years, such as reporter, Deputy Head, Head of the International Department at Thanh Niên Newspaper, Deputy Director of Da Nang's Investment Promotion Center, and Deputy Chairman of the Liên Chiểu District People's Committee. 4. Võ Văn Thưởng
Võ Văn Thưởng, born in 1970 in Vĩnh Long, is recognized as the Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. He was an outstanding student in the Philosophy Department at Ho Chi Minh City University, later serving as the Deputy Secretary of the student union. He completed his Master's thesis in Philosophy in 1999. With his leadership skills honed early on, Thưởng quickly moved into important government roles. 5. Nguyễn Thanh Hải
Nguyễn Thanh Hải, born in 1970 in Hanoi, is known for her work with the Central Committee of the Communist Party, particularly in the Committee for Culture, Education, Youth, and Children. She became the youngest Associate Professor and PhD in Physics in Vietnam in 2007. A prominent figure in the Vietnamese education sector, her years of dedication have earned her great trust from both the public and the government, as she continues to serve in significant leadership roles.
6. Lê Minh Hưng
Lê Minh Hưng, born in 1970 in Hà Tĩnh, serves as a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam. Holding a master's degree in public policy and advanced political theory, he has held key positions throughout his career, including roles as a specialist in monetary funds, deputy head of international cooperation, and deputy governor of the State Bank. His hard work and innate talent led him to his current position as Governor.
7. Nguyễn Bá Cảnh
Nguyễn Bá Cảnh, born in 1983 in Da Nang, is the son of Nguyễn Bá Thanh. He is recognized as the youngest ever Secretary of the Da Nang Youth Union. A bright student from Phan Chu Trinh High School, Cảnh achieved high marks in his university entrance exams and later pursued a Master's in Public Administration in the UK. Upon returning to Vietnam, he held several key positions, including Deputy Secretary of the Da Nang Youth Union, before being elected as the Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee in 2013.
8. Nguyễn Minh Triết
Nguyễn Minh Triết, born in 1988, is known as the son of former Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng and the Deputy Secretary of the Bình Định Provincial Youth Union. He has an exceptional academic background, having been a top student in Physics at Trần Đại Nghĩa High School. He moved to the UK in 2004, first studying at Michael College, then continuing his education at Queen Mary University of London, where he earned a Master's degree in High-Speed Engine Engineering after seven years of study. He was also awarded a PhD scholarship by Queen Mary University. After returning to Vietnam, he became a prominent figure in local development, earning the trust and admiration of the public.
9. Lê Trương Hải Hiếu
Lê Trương Hải Hiếu, born in 1981, is known for his role as Vice Chairman of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. He is the son of Lê Thanh Hải, the former Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee. Hiếu studied Commercial Law at the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City and was an active participant in university volunteer campaigns. He later pursued a business administration program in the United States. After returning to Vietnam, he became involved in local governance, serving as Vice Chairman of District 1, where he is regarded as a trusted and capable young leader.
