5. Bún Đậu Nhà Tôi
Bún Đậu Nhà Tôi, a newly opened restaurant, features a beautifully decorated space designed to provide diners with a comfortable experience. The rice noodles are tightly packed and fresh, while the homemade green sticky rice meatloaf is coated in golden oil, adding a rich sheen. The crispy, savory fried pork intestines are delightful, and the spring rolls have a unique, homemade flavor. The tofu is fried to perfection with a crispy exterior and a creamy, savory interior. The boiled pork is tender, though some of the fried items could be a bit tough due to overcooking. Fresh greens and vegetables, along with a fragrant, authentic northern-style shrimp paste sauce, complement the dish perfectly. The restaurant prides itself on offering fresh ingredients, without preservatives or frozen items, ensuring that everything is as healthy as possible for customers.
The spacious interior offers plenty of room, though a suggestion is made for private tables, as many people prefer having their own space rather than sharing a table with others. The menu at Bún Đậu Nhà Tôi is straightforward, offering only bún đậu with a variety of toppings. You can choose the topping set that suits your preferences. From my personal experience, the food is well-seasoned and fresh, without any unpleasant odor, and the seasoning is adjusted to taste based on your preferences.

6. Nhà Bún Đậu - Trần Hoà
Nhà Bún Đậu - Trần Hoà serves an incredibly delicious, high-quality, and clean version of bún đậu at a very reasonable price. The restaurant also offers some unique side dishes, such as cheese spring rolls. The tofu here is authentically northern-style, crispy on the outside and rich and soft inside. The green sticky rice meatloaf has a fresh, fragrant flavor, with a chewy texture that blends perfectly with the pork. The naturally fermented sour pork is not overly tangy, and the pork intestine is chewy and pairs well with herbs. The bone-in pork knuckle is made from fresh, clean pigs, giving it a delightful, fragrant taste, and the spring rolls are crispy and golden. The noodles are soft and chewy. A full meal for one person costs 55k, and a portion for two is 100k.
The restaurant is spacious, with ample seating and parking, though it could be cleaner. However, given that Nhà Bún Đậu - Trần Hoà is a casual eatery, it’s understandable, but I do hope the kitchen area is cleaner for added peace of mind. One highlight of the restaurant is its wide range of drinks, such as iced kumquat tea, peach tea, and lychee tea, which are all served with chewy tapioca pearls at very affordable prices. Once you try this place, you’ll remember it for sure!
