The Landmark 81 is a skyscraper in the Vinhomes Tan Cang project, with a total investment of 30 trillion VND, invested by Tan Lien Phat Construction Investment Corporation, a member of Vingroup. The tower has 81 floors and will be the tallest building in Vietnam upon completion. The project is located in Tan Cang, Binh Thanh District, along the Saigon River. The project commenced on July 26, 2014, and is scheduled to be completed in 2017.
The Landmark 81 tower reaches a height of 461m, with 81 floors, built in the central location of Vinhomes Central Park, right on the banks of the Saigon River. Landmark 81 has a total construction floor area of 141,000 m2, including functional spaces such as hotels, serviced apartments, offices for rent, Officetel commercial apartments, shopping centers, and restaurants, bars, and observation decks. The building has been topped out and is undergoing finishing, with the entire Vinhomes Central Park project, including residential towers, villas, parks, and Landmark 81, expected to be completed and put into use in 2018.

Keangnam Residential Tower 1, 2, a pair within the Keangnam project alongside Landmark 72 floors. Two towers rise 249m high with 48 floors each. Construction commenced in late October 2013, and Vietcombank Tower was completed in March 2015. By June 2015, the Ministry of Construction, the Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department, and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City had inspected and approved the building for occupancy.
Vietcombank Tower is designed by the renowned design consultant Pelli Clarke Pelli Architect, known for projects like the Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia and the Bank of America headquarters in North Carolina, USA. The tower has 35 floors, 4 basements, stands at 206m tall, with a floor area of 3,232m², featuring a rectangular base and a central-oriented tower block.


8. HPC Landmark 105 (Usilk Landmark 105)
