Natural Evolution
In Teamfight Tactics, health and gold are crucial resources for victory. With the Natural Evolution core, you no longer need to spend gold on experience, allowing you more flexibility to reroll for desired champions at any stage of the match.
Moreover, gaining 5 experience points automatically after each round accelerates your leveling, potentially reaching levels 6 or 7 earlier than your opponents. Take advantage of this to reroll and upgrade your units to 3 stars sooner, especially with the gold saved from the Natural Evolution core. If you start with the Diamond core and encounter Natural Evolution, choose it immediately.
Technology Fusion (Gold Tier and Above)

However, Tech Fusion Core's late-game effectiveness is limited, especially in compositions centered around a single carry. Additionally, the Silver-tier Tech Fusion Core lacks significant stat bonuses, making it advisable to choose only at Gold tier and above. Perhaps the only suitable team composition for this core is the Recycle team, as this tribe can generate substantial shields from component items, synergizing well with Tech Fusion Core.
Legendary Forge
With the release of patch 12.2, the Legendary Forge core has gained much more value since its downgrade from Diamond to Gold tier. Previously considered weak compared to other Diamond upgrades, which usually appear late-game, items from the Legendary Forge are often difficult to utilize towards the end of the match, especially when most players have already fully equipped their carries.
Despite being a Gold-tier core, it can appear as early as the early stages of the game, providing significant strength to your team. Essentially, items from the Legendary Forge are much stronger than regular items in the early game when resources are still relatively scarce. Imagine how resilient a 2-star Poppy would become with the Eternal Mace or a Taric with the Spirit Armor, for example.
