Easy Steps to Load ViettelPay on Your Phone
Step 1: From your phone's home screen, launch the ViettelPay app. The login window appears; enter your Phone Number and Password, then press Login. If you don't have an account yet, sign up for ViettelPay here.
Step 2: To initiate the top-up process on ViettelPay, tap on the Deposit/Withdrawal icon on the app's main screen. A new window pops up; enter the amount you wish to deposit in the information box, then select Continue.
Step 3: After entering the desired deposit amount, choose the Deposit Method. Here, we'll click on Link Funding Source to link with your bank card. A new window appears; press Start Now.
Step 4: In this step, select Domestic Card Link, then press the Bank Icon of your chosen bank.
Step 5: Next, Enter the amount you want to deposit, then choose Continue. A confirmation dialog appears; click Continue to confirm.
Step 6: Continue entering your bank card information such as: card number, cardholder name, expiration date and press Continue. ViettelPay will send a verification code to the registered bank account phone number. Enter this code in the app.
That completes the process of loading money into ViettelPay. The app is now ready for you to explore its features and services. You can use your Android or iPhone devices for convenient and easy payments and transactions.
