How to transfer funds outside VietinBank iPay

1. Prerequisites

To transfer funds from Vietinbank to other banks via the Vietinbank iPay app on your phone, first, you need to register for Vietinbank internet banking.

2. Implementation Steps

Step 1: Access the Vietinbank iPay app on your phone, enter your password to log into the system

Step 2: On the home screen interface, select 'transfer' then choose 'External transfer from Vietinbank'

Step 3: Select the source account (payment account), enter recipient information (account number, bank/branch, recipient name), enter the amount, transfer description, check the box 'I have read and agree to the bank's transaction processing regulations', press 'continue'

Step 4: Double-check transaction information, enter the OTP code sent to your phone to confirm the transaction

Step 5: The screen displays the result of the transaction just performed.

After completing the interbank transfer transaction on the Vietinbank iPay app, please wait for Vietinbank to process the transfer into the recipient's account. According to Vietinbank regulations, if the transaction is made from 8 am to 4 pm on the same day, the recipient's account will receive the money on the same day. If the transaction is made in the evening or on weekends, the processing time for the transfer transaction will be longer (usually takes 1-2 days).
