Normally, to transfer money to the recipient from ACB payment account, we usually go to ACB transaction counter or access ACB's electronic banking system to initiate a money transfer transaction. However, it becomes more difficult when the person you want to transfer money to doesn't have any account in the Vietnamese banking system.
To send money to someone, you can utilize the 'transfer money to the recipient using ID/Passport' feature on ACB's online banking system.

Requirements: You need to possess a payment account at ACB Bank and register for ACB internet banking.
Execution steps
Step 1: Access ACB's online banking system
Step 2: Log in with username, password, enter verification code, and click 'login' to access the system.
Step 3: On the left menu, click 'transfer money', select 'Transfer money to recipient using ID/Passport'
Step 4: On the displayed screen, select the debit account, enter recipient's information (recipient's name, method of receiving ID/Passport, ID/Passport number, issue date, place of issue of ID/Passport), enter transfer information (receive at province/city, bank name, branch, enter amount, transfer content,... ), choose authentication method and click 'agree'
Step 5: Double-check transaction information, re-enter password, input verification code, click 'confirm' to confirm the transaction
Step 6: Screen displays the completion of transaction process
By using the method of transferring money to recipient using ID/Passport from ACB Bank, your money transfer/receipt process will be simplified. After the money transfer order is completed, the recipient will go to the registered branch or bank transaction office, present ID/Passport for verification. If all information matches, the recipient will receive cash directly at the bank counter
