Step 1: Log in to your Internet Banking account (already registered) at the website address: isacombank.com.vn.
Step 2: After successfully logging in, in the Transaction Management section, select Transfer - Receive on mobile.
Step 3: Choose the type of account/card for the money transfer, enter the recipient's information.
Step 4: Double-check the entered information. If you agree, press Generate OTP to enter the OTP code as instructed on the screen and click Send.
In case you need to edit the information, press the Back button to return to the data entry screen and adjust the necessary information.
Step 5: After completion, the screen will display information as below. The sender needs to note the Withdrawal Code to provide to the recipient. The Withdrawal Code is not saved in the system. The sender can save the Withdrawal Code by selecting Download in PDF format.
