Note: You need to ask the recipient for information such as (ID card number, date of issue, place of issue, full name, address, phone number, receiving branch) to provide to the transaction officer.

- You need to possess a payment account at MBBank and register for MBBank internet banking
Steps to follow
Step 1: Access MBBank's electronic banking system, log in with your username, password, enter the confirmation code to access the system
Step 2: In the 'transfer' section on the menu bar, select 'CMND transfer'
Step 3: Choose 'source account', transfer amount, enter recipient's information (branch indicated, recipient's ID number, issuer of recipient's ID, address, phone number), enter notification for recipient, enter transaction information, select transaction method, press 'confirm'
Step 4: Review transaction information, choose confirmation code receiving method, receive confirmation code and press 'confirm'
Step 5: The screen notifies the completion of the money transfer process.
