Step 1: Establishing connection between computer and phone

Before being able to exchange data, the first task you need to do is to establish a connection between the computer and the phone. On the computer, right-click on the Bluetooth icon and then select Add a Device.
Step 2: Which device do you want to connect to?
You need to select the exact device you want to connect to. For example, in a conference room or meeting room, there will be many phones or laptops with Bluetooth enabled. Once selected, click Next to continue.
Step 3: Enter the connection code
After the two devices are connected, you will receive a connection code on your computer. At this point, you need to enter the code on your phone to establish a connection between the two devices.
Step 4: Sending files from the computer
On the computer, right-click on the laptop icon, select Send a file.
Hover over the connected phone, then select Browse... and choose the file to send.
Step 5: Receiving data sent from the phone
To receive data from your phone, right-click on the Bluetooth icon, then select Receive a File and save the file to any path on your computer.
