- Subscribers must be in normal operation, not unilaterally or bilaterally blocked (as mentioned above).
- Subscribers must meet the required transfer amount as well as service fees to be eligible for transfer.
- Money receiving subscribers are not restricted to any specific network but must be prepaid. Priority is given to major networks like Vinaphone or Mobifone.

* Conditions for Money Receiving Subscribers

- Money receiving subscribers must be prepaid, operating normally for at least 180 days.
- Maximum daily receiving limit is 300,000 VND.

* Key Notes when Transferring Money with Viettel

- The transfer fee is immediately deducted at 5% of the transfer amount.
- The transferred amount must be a multiple of 1,000 VND and not exceed 50,000 VND.
- Maximum transfer limit is 300,000 VND per day.

* How to Transfer Money from Viettel to Mobi, Vietnamobile, Vinaphone

Currently, Viettel does not allow users to transfer money to other networks. Therefore, when using a Viettel phone number, you can only transfer money to other Viettel accounts.

Here are the detailed steps for using Viettel mobile network:

Step 1: If you're about to top up your Viettel account for the first time, you'll need to retrieve your password beforehand. To do this, use the following syntax:

+ Method 1: Compose a message MK send 136

+ Method 2: Dial*136#OK.

Note: If you use syntax 1, the password will be randomly generated for you. For syntax 2, you can set your own password, but it must be at least 8 characters long.

Step 2: After obtaining the password, we can proceed to top up our Viettel account. To top up other networks, we follow these steps:

- Syntax *136*password*Recipient's Phone Number*Amount#.

Example: If you want to send money to the phone number 0369.66.99.69 with an amount of 50,000 VND, you should compose the following syntax:

2. Top up for other networks Mobifone

* Conditions

- Must be a Mobifone prepaid subscriber with at least 45 days of two-way activity.
- Recipient's number must be active and not barred from incoming or outgoing calls.
- Transfer amount ranges from 1,000 to 50,000 VND maximum.
- Maximum amount transferable per day: Not exceeding 300,000 VND / day.
- Transfer fee: 15% of the transferred amount per transaction.

* How to transfer money from mobiFone to Viettel, Vina ...

As per the network regulations, currently, Mobi subscribers can only transfer money within the network and cannot transfer money to Vinaphone or Viettel subscribers. 

Here are the steps to top up Mobi to Mobi:

Step 1: To top up other networks from Mobi, first we need to create a password, enter Dial *117*pin code*pin code#OK.

3. How to top up Vina to Viettel, Mobifone, Vietnamobile

* Conditions for money transfer:

* The subscriber must be prepaid and active for 360 days.
* The subscriber must not be barred from outgoing or incoming calls for 360 days.
* The subscriber must have enough money for both the transfer amount and the transfer fee, which is 5% of the transfer amount.
* The receiving subscriber must also be prepaid, with a minimum of 180 days of normal activity.
* The transfer amount must be a multiple of 5,000 VND and a maximum of 100,000 VND. The daily transfer limit is 500,000 VND.

* How to transfer money to other Vinaphone networks

Similarly, Vinaphone subscribers can only top up within the Vinaphone network and cannot top up to Viettel or VietNammobile networks. Specifically:

Step 1: To top up other networks from Vina, we need to register for this service first. Send a message REG send 999 to proceed with the registration.

- Note that the message sent will include a password for use in topping up other networks from Vina. However, if you want to use your own password, you can send a message CHANGE_PASSWORD_old_password_new_password send 999 to change it.

Step 2: After completing the service registration, you can now transfer money. Compose the following syntax: TOPUP_password_recipient_phone_number_amount send 999.

Example: TOPUP 123456789 035969696 100000 send 999.
