- Syntax 1: Send a text with MK to 136.
- Syntax 2: Compose a text with MK password and send it to 136.
Note: The password must consist of 8 consecutive characters.
4. Guide to Transferring Money from Viettel to Viettel
To transfer money between Viettel accounts, we use the following syntax:
*136*password*Recipient's Phone Number*Amount#.
Example: If you want to send money to the phone number 0123456999 with the amount of 50,000 VND , you need to compose the syntax as follows:
*136*88884321*0123456999*50000#
After executing the above syntax, it means you have completed transferring money from Viettel to Mobifone. Check with both networks to confirm the sent and received amounts.
5. Recovering Forgotten Viettel Money Transfer Password?
In case you forget your password and need to transfer money from Viettel to Mobifone or other networks. The system will allow you to recover the money transfer password as follows:
Step 1: First, you need to check your personal code by composing a text TRAMA Phone1 Phone2 Phone3 and sending it to 143.
Note: Phone1, Phone2, Phone3 are 3 phone numbers that you frequently contact.
Step 2: Compose the syntax KP code send to 136.
Note: Personal code consists of letters and numbers written together.
