Step 1 : Download and install the My Viettel app for Android, iPhone on the device you want to use.

Now, click Confirm Registration to input the necessary information for number transfer using My Viettel, as shown in the image above.
Step 4: Following that, proceed to input the required information regarding the subscription you wish to transfer to Viettel using this application. Firstly, input the phone number you wish to transfer, as well as whether it is a Postpaid or Prepaid package, as illustrated below.
The app system also notifies that the transfer fee will be 60,000đ. Press continue to confirm this phone number.

Step 7: My Viettel system will proceed to confirm the information for registering number porting to Viettel network, and send the information to users to complete this registration process.
