1. PowerPoint 2007.
Step 1: Begin by opening the PowerPoint file you wish to transfer content to Word.
Step 2: Select the Office Button icon -> Publish -> Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word.

Step 3: A dialog box titled Send to Microsoft Office Word will appear, where you can choose the format for exporting content to Word. There are 5 export options:
- Notes next to slides: Notes positioned beside slides.
- Space alongside slides: Empty lines beside slides.
- Annotations beneath slides: Remarks positioned below slides.
- Space beneath slides: Empty lines below slide content.
- Text only outline: Text format (text-only without slide background).

After selecting the export format, press OK.
2. PowerPoint 2010.
Step 1: Open the PowerPoint file you want to transfer.
Step 2: Choose File -> Save & Send.

Step 3: Choose Create Handouts in File Types and select Create Handouts under Create Handouts Microsoft Word.

Step 4: A dialog box titled Send To Microsoft Word will appear. Select the export format and press OK.

3. PowerPoint 2013.
Step 1: Select File -> Export -> Create Handouts -> Create Handouts under Create Handouts in Microsoft Word.

Step 2: Choose the content export format within Send to Microsoft Word then press OK.
