Breaking away from the familiar defaults in Windows can make your computer experience more engaging. The same applies to the cursor—instead of sticking to the default Windows cursor, create mouse pointers that are not only cute but also align with your interests, making computer work more enjoyable.
Step 1: In the Control Panel, click on Mouse.
Step 2: Choose your preferred mouse pointer style.
In Mouse Properties, navigate to the Pointers tab where you can choose various mouse pointer styles under Customize. If not, opt for Browse and locate the path C:\Windows\Cursors.

Then, Browse to the saved cursor path, select the desired mouse pointer, and press Open.
Step 3: After making your selection, press Apply, and then click OK.
That's it! You've crafted a whimsical mouse cursor to match your preferences. If you ever wish to switch to a different cursor, follow the same steps. To revert to the default cursor, simply choose Use Default.
