A couple residing in Brockenhurst, England, made a significant investment to acquire a dilapidated restroom and renovate it into a charming ice cream and coffee shop.
Mandeep and Jagbir Sidhu, both 36 years old, spent $305,000 to purchase an old, abandoned restroom in Brockenhurst, Hampshire, England, to transform it into an Italian gelato, coffee, and pastry shop. This restroom had been deserted for 7 years until someone bought it.

To create their ideal bakery, the couple dedicated a whole year to renovating the premises, including removing toilets, sinks... The former dilapidated restroom has now become a beautiful, trendy ice cream shop, attracting a large crowd.
Visitors here can enjoy coffee, ice cream, cinnamon rolls, and some homemade pastries... The store owners hope their counter will attract a large number of tourists and college students from nearby colleges, along with local residents.

Jagbir Sidhu proudly stated that the restroom had undergone a long journey to achieve its current appearance. Anyone familiar with the dilapidated restroom would surely be surprised by this dramatic transformation.
