Step 1: Open the PowerPoint file you want to convert to Video, then click on File Menu
Step 2: Here, you select Export ---> Create a video
Step 3: You can set the quality of the Video including:
- Ultra HD (4K) 3840 x 2160: The largest file size displayed on large screens
- Full HD (1080p) 1920 x 1080: Large file size displayed on computer screens and HD screens
Step 4: The second dropdown under the Create a Video heading will show you the option to record narration. You can skip this step if you prefer.
If you haven't recorded narration with the video, by default it is Don't Use Recorded Timings and Narrations.
The default time on each slide is 5 seconds. You can change the time in the Seconds to spend on each slide box. On the right side of the box, click the up arrow to increase the time or click the down arrow to decrease the time.
If you have recorded narration with timing, the default value is Use Recorded Timings and Narrations.
Step 5: After completing all settings, click on Create Video to proceed with saving the file.
Name the file you want to convert and choose the storage folder. Select the file format in the Save file type section, then click Save to save the Video format, ending the process of converting PowerPoint to video.
