Step 1: Enter the link below to download the Chrome tab interface customization extension

Here, click on Clone or Download > Choose Download Zip
Step 2: Proceed to extract the newly downloaded data to your computer. Then, access the Chrome browser, click on the three-dot icon at the top right corner, and select More Tools > then Extensions

Step 3: In the main interface, select Developer mode
Next, click on the section to Install the extracted extension above the interface

Step 4: Navigate to the folder where the New Tab extension was extracted, then select the new-tab-master folder and click Select Folder
The extension will immediately appear on your Chrome browser

Step 5: Open the folder of the extracted New Tab extension on your computer, then right-click on Script
Next, select Edit for customization
In the Notepad interface, at the first line const NAME = 'YourName', replace YourName with your name without spaces. Finally, click File and choose Save to save the changes

Step 6: Copy the Video you want to set as the new tab interface on Google Chrome into the extracted folder of the New Tab extension. By default, this folder already contains 2 videos for applying to the New Tab interface on Chrome. Rename the video you want to use to the name FJ2 as shown in the image
So when you open a New Tab on Google Chrome, you will see the interface as a Video, along with the current time and personalized greetings for different times of the day, as well as the name you used next to it.
