What is Paylater?
Paylater is a consumer lending product for deferred payment from LOTTE Finance, where LOTTE Finance provides customers with a credit limit to make payments for goods and services on affiliated e-commerce platforms. Customers borrow each time to purchase goods and services.
In a sense, customers can understand it simply as when making a 0₫ installment purchase of technology products at a retail store and entering into a loan agreement with a financial service provider for consumer loans, then Paylater works similarly.

Book rooms and tickets, travel combos on Vntrip with Paylater
Customers search and book rooms or tickets as usual, when choosing the payment method, they will have the option to pay with LOTTE Finance Paylater.
Customers provide their phone number (please use real information) to receive an OTP code for confirmation of the booking.
Enter the 6-digit OTP code sent via SMS to the previously provided phone number.
Upon successful OTP confirmation, customers will proceed to the registration interface for a loan contract with LOTTE Finance, similar to other loan methods, customers need to provide additional genuine personal information for contract creation and loan approval.
Here customers will go through 5 steps: Information verification, providing additional personal information, loan approval, signing the loan contract, and completing the booking transaction for rooms/tickets/combos on Vntrip.
Credit limit approval (loan amount approval).
In the final step, customers will be able to choose repayment methods for Vntrip such as one-time payment or installment payments with fixed terms.
