1. Refresh the Youtube page.
It could be due to a disrupted network connection or some temporary error causing Youtube videos not to play. Click on the refresh arrow icon next to the URL. Or press F5 on your keyboard to reload the Youtube page.

Step 4: In the Clear Recent History window, select the time range you want to clear browsing data from the Time range to clear section. Expand the Details section and check the boxes for Cookies and Cache as shown below, then click the Clear Now button.
Step 5: Restart your computer and check if the issue has been resolved.

9. Uninstall and reinstall Adobe Flash Player
