Check Internet Connection
Downloading apps from the App Store requires your iPhone to be connected to the internet. If your iPhone can't connect to the internet, downloading apps from the App Store will also fail.

Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled
First, check if you've enabled 3G or Wi-Fi connection. If you have, try visiting any website to ensure your device is successfully connected to the internet.
Check VPN Apps
One overlooked reason is that you may be using VPN software on your device to bypass firewalls blocking Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc. These apps change your IP to another location, so try disabling or uninstalling them, then go back to the App Store to see if you can download the app.

Disable VPN Apps
Clear Cache
If you've established an internet connection, disabled VPN apps, and still can't download apps from the App Store, try clearing the App Store cache by tapping one of the icons on the toolbar (Featured, Top Charts, Explore, Search, Updates) ten times in a row. When the screen flashes, you're done.

Sometimes the system encounters issues preventing you from downloading apps from the App Store. Try closing the App Store app and reopening it to see if you can download apps.
To close the App Store, double-click the Home button, select the App Store app, and swipe up to close it.

Sign Out of Apple ID
If you've tried all the above methods and still can't download apps, try signing out of your Apple ID and then signing back in to see if it helps!
To proceed, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings.

- Select iTunes & App Store.

- Then simply tap on the name of the currently logged-in account.

- Choose Sign out of the Apple ID from the device.

Wishing you all success!
