Fixing MMS Error on Cricket Wireless for Android Devices
What's the good news? Well, it's simply a matter of knowing where to look. To find your device's APNs, first, pull down the notification shade and tap the gear icon.
From here, the steps may vary depending on the version of the operating system your mobile is running. I'll outline the most common steps.
On Android Oreo
In the Settings menu, select 'Network & Internet', then choose 'Mobile Network'.
Select the Advanced button below and choose Access Point Names.
From here, scroll down to the 'Fix Your APN' section below.
On Android Nougat or Below
In the Settings menu, select 'More' under Wireless & Networks, and choose 'Cellular Networks'.
In this menu, choose 'Access Point Names'.
From here, scroll down to the 'Fix Your APN' section below.
On Samsung Galaxy S7 / S8 / Note 8
The following instructions are for Galaxy devices running on the Nougat operating system.
In the Settings menu, first, you need to tap on 'Connections', then select 'Mobile Networks'.
From here, tap on 'Access Point Names'.
Now it's time for us to delve into the MMS troubleshooting section.
Fixing APN
After accessing the APN menu on your mobile, the steps to be taken on every device are the same. You'll see a screen like this:
If there are multiple APNs with the same name here, usually 'internet', then this is the issue on your device. You need to click on each of these names to view their information and use the name with the following settings:
Name: internet
APN: ndo
Proxy: Not set
Port: Not set
Username: Not set
Password: Not set
Server: Not set
MMSC: http://mmsc.aiowireless.net
MMS Proxy: proxy.aiowireless.net
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 150
Authentication Type: Not set
APN Type: default,mms,supl,hipri,fota
APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN Roaming Protocol: IPv4/IPv6
APN Enable/Disable: enabled
Bearer: Uspecificed
MVNO Type: None
MNVO Value: Not set
Once you've found the correct name to use, delete the remaining ones. To do this, you need to click on it to open and view the information inside, then click on the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the screen, and select 'Delete APN'.
Continue to delete names that don't match the information above. If you only have one APN, modify the APN information according to the list above.
After the incorrect APNs are removed from your device, you'll be able to send and receive MMS messages normally. However, Mytour.vn advises you to check the settings each time you restart your device, as the APNs may be reloaded. I know this is an extremely silly issue, but luckily it's very easy to fix.

Additionally, when using an Android device, if you've connected to a Wi-Fi network and forgotten the password, finding and viewing the password for that Wi-Fi is not difficult. Refer to how to view Wi-Fi password on connected Android here.
