Guide to Fixing the Issue of Not Receiving Messages in Group
On the Skype interface, go to
A new window will appear. Select Privacy and in the Privacy Settings section, click on Clear Skype Cookie to remove history, cookies, ...
A notification box will ask if you want to clear history, cookies, ... on Skype. Choose OK.
Next, in the Blocked Contacts section: unblock members by clicking on the member and then clicking Unblock this person. Do the same for other contacts, finally click Save to save the settings.
After performing the steps above, log back into Skype and your group chat should no longer encounter this issue.
