Trùng Sơn Cổ Tự – The Magnificent Beauty of the Temple on Đá Chồng Mountain, Ninh Thuận
Trùng Sơn Cổ Tự is located on Đá Chồng Mountain (intersection of Trường Chinh and Sư Vạn Hạnh streets, Khánh Hải town, Ninh Hải district, Ninh Thuận province), considered one of the unique Buddhist architectural structures with a distinctive and robust design.

Trùng Sơn Cổ Tự is a temple with a history of nearly 50 years in Ninh Thuận. The overall architecture is a harmonious blend of traditional Eastern style and modern Western elements, exuding an impressive and distinct charm. The focal point of the temple's design is the triple gate featuring four dragon-tail-patterned roofs and a 'double dragons holding the moon' sculpture on the top.

Facing the triple gate towards the North, you will encounter a spacious area with three 'three-world Buddhas' statues. This serves as the initial resting spot for visitors after ascending the steep path with over 100 steps. From here, travelers can admire the scenery or pay homage to the Buddha.

To reach the main hall of the temple, you must ascend a staircase adorned with two golden steel dragons crafted in the style of the Ly Tran period. The main hall of Trùng Sơn Cổ Tự is remarkably unique and visually pleasing, featuring an architecture that harmoniously blends traditional Vietnamese elements with the Romanesque style of Italy. At first glance, you may immediately associate it with the famous Roman Colosseum.

On the thirtieth day, the first day, the fourteenth day, and the fifteenth day of the lunar calendar, especially on significant Buddhist festivals, the temple hosts various activities, attracting both Buddhist followers and travelers from far and wide on pilgrimages.
