Turning On/Off Siri's Suggestion Feature on iOS 9

The evolution of Siri is one of the noteworthy features of the current iOS 9 operating system. Just like in previous versions, users can easily toggle Siri's suggestion feature, as illustrated below for both iPhone and iPad users.

In a previous article, Mytour.vn provided guidance on how to change Siri's language, enabling users to actively switch languages for the virtual assistant on their iPhone or iPad devices. It's a bit disappointing that Siri doesn't yet support the Vietnamese language, and users can't currently change Siri's language to Vietnamese on their iPhones or iPads.

Turning On/Off Siri's Suggestion Feature on iOS 9

1. Go to Settings

2. Navigate to General Settings

- Choose Spotlight Search

3. Enable Siri Suggestions on iOS 9

To enable Siri suggestions on iOS 9, users simply need to swipe the icon to the right until the left side of the icon turns green.

4. Disable Siri Suggestions on iOS 9

In contrast to the enabling process, to disable Siri suggestions on iOS 9, users swipe the icon to the left to turn it off.

Users can actively remove additional suggestions related to search results from installed apps or items and functions on the device. This is just a method to toggle the suggestion feature during search, not the method to enable them on iPhone or iPad. To enable Siri on iPhone, users also do so through the device's General Settings and navigate to Siri, then proceed to activate them.
