Ingredients:
- Fresh Shrimp: 250g
- Pork Belly: 100g
- Coconut water
- Chopped spring onions, minced garlic, minced shallots
- Seasonings: sugar, black pepper, fish sauce, cooking oil, bouillon powder, MSG

Preparation of Ingredients:
- Clean the shrimp by removing the legs, sharp parts of the tail, and ⅓ of the head. Then, rinse and drain.
- Wash the pork belly thoroughly and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate shrimp and meat with a pinch of bouillon powder, pepper, and fish sauce in separate bowls.
- Trim the spring onions by removing wilted parts and dry leaves, then wash thoroughly. Mince the white parts and finely chop the green parts separately.
Cooking Method:
- Sauté minced shallots and garlic until fragrant, then add shrimp. Once the shrimp firms up, set aside. When cooking the shrimp, initially use high heat to quickly firm them up, retaining their natural sweetness and vibrant red color.
- Proceed to sauté the pork belly. When the pork slightly browns and emits a fragrant aroma, add the previously cooked shrimp, stirring to combine.
- Prepare a mixture of fish sauce, sugar, and bouillon powder, then pour it into the shrimp and pork. Next, add coconut water.
- Cook shrimp and meat over low heat until the flavors are absorbed and the liquid thickens. Add spring onions and a pinch of black pepper. You can add sliced chili for spiciness if desired.
