1. TV unable to connect to the network? Causes and solutions
This article will guide you on how to troubleshoot the issue of your TV being unable to connect to LAN or Wi-Fi network.
1. Check internet modem
Your TV is not connected to the internet (both LAN and Wi-Fi), and there is an X mark between the TV and the modem, indicating that the TV is not connected to the modem yet.

- Perform the following actions:
1. Check the cables connected to the modem, ensure they are securely attached.
2. Unplug the internet modem power cable and leave it idle for 1 minute, then turn on the modem again.
3. Reconnect the network for the TV => At this point, the TV should be back online.
- If the TV has connected to the modem but cannot access the network, proceed to Step 2.
- If the TV still fails to connect to the modem, use your phone to connect to the wireless network (Wi-Fi) or laptop to connect to the LAN network to check if they can access the internet:
+ If other devices cannot connect to the network, there may be an issue with the internet connection or modem. At this point, contact your internet service provider to assist you.
+ If other devices can all connect to the network but only the TV cannot connect to the modem, proceed to Step 3.
2. Check if the network can successfully connect to the TV
The TV cannot connect to the internet, and there is an X mark from the modem to the globe icon --- this means the TV has connected to the modem but cannot access the network, possibly because your TV has not received an IP address or there is an IP address conflict.

At this point, you need to reset the IP as follows:

Select IP settings

Choose Manual input

Now, please contact your internet service provider to obtain the required parameters such as IP address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, DNS server for your TV, then manually enter them into your TV.

Press OK and wait for a moment
If you still cannot connect to the internet, proceed to Step 3.

If step 3 fails to connect your TV to the internet, the next solution is to perform a factory reset on your TV and start over with the aforementioned steps.
