Why did he choose bodybuilding?
As a teenager, I was deeply passionate about sports, yet I never paid attention to my diet. Despite my efforts in track and field to keep my muscles firm and healthy, I always remained one of the smallest teens in my age group.

Being small-sized and having limited strength always posed challenges for me in training with my team, serving as a wake-up call.
Are there any methods or circumstances that make his training difficult?
Yes, as someone struggling to gain weight, my weight gain journey was incredibly slow. It was initially challenging for me, but I later researched nutritional supplements to understand their benefits.

I began prioritizing my nutrition and sought what's best for me. Why do this? Because if you're not the healthiest version of yourself, then what's the point?
I see myself as someone with innate strength, so I strive to become the healthiest version of myself!
What drives you to keep training and overcome difficulties?
My motivation comes from various sources. Internally, I am my strongest advocate! Additionally, it comes from family, friends, and those around me who believe in my capabilities. Long-time fitness enthusiasts along with those I admire have continued to push me by following my training journey.

Surrounding me are all the individuals who can help me focus entirely and strongly drive my training forward.
What's your next goal? And where were you at this time last year?
I've achieved everything I set out to accomplish in fitness. I've won over 10 bodybuilding competitions, featured in more than 50 magazines, trained numerous celebrities, and served as the head coach for Reebok Sports Club, the premier fitness facility in Europe.
My next goal is to inspire people to train consistently at a high level. There's a high possibility of a television program or acting role specifically geared towards fitness in the near future.
What is your current training philosophy?
My training revolves around compound exercises targeting multiple muscle groups simultaneously, as my body responds well to such movements. I also incorporate advanced exercises gradually to elevate heart rate and build endurance. Lastly, I always include the most challenging exercises at the end to fully exhaust the muscle groups I've trained. What's your weekly gym schedule like?
My gym schedule is five days a week and it's quite intense.

Nutrition is the primary factor determining success in bodybuilding. You can't achieve a lean, aesthetic physique without a proper diet. For me, 'nature is nutrition,' so I strive to consume organic foods found in nature.

I thrive on natural nutrients like herbal extracts and natural supplements. I use them year-round. It really helps me maintain a complete appearance, powerful and healthy physique, and frequent travels. I usually have a reserve energy source, allowing me to diet for 1 to 2 weeks if needed for important appearances.

I have many achievements, but honestly, my greatest achievement is my clients and fans. The greatest feeling you can have is knowing you can positively impact or change someone's life by inspiring them to lead a healthy lifestyle.
I can see the happiness on my clients' faces when they see the effort and dedication in their training and nutrition. It's truly priceless for them, and for you too, right?

Oh, I always have a motto that has motivated me to train until this day: “Some people prefer to live in dreams, but some face reality, and they have found their true success in real life rather than in dreams”
