1. Unboxing the OPPO F1s 2017: Keeping the Design, Enhancing Storage to 64GB & 4GB RAM
Yesterday, on 13/02, OPPO officially introduced the F1s 2017 in the Vietnamese market with some minor changes in configuration while maintaining the design. The F1s can be considered OPPO's most successful model in Vietnam, and it's highly likely that the F1s 2017 will continue to drive revenue growth for the company. Check out some unboxing and hands-on images of this product.
The F1s 2017 box differs slightly from the 2016 version with the addition of the text '64GB ROM - 4GB RAM'. This is the standout feature of the new model, enabling it to store more data than the 32GB variant and offering improved performance with 4GB RAM, 1GB more than the F1s 2016.
The device images on the outer box are all in Gold color, although there are different color options for the device inside, such as Gold and Rose Gold.
Inside the box, we find accessories similar to the 2016 version, including charger, microUSB cable, earphones, user manual, SIM ejector tool, and a transparent soft case. Customers can use them immediately to protect their device before opting for a more personalized case.
The device's exterior remains unchanged from the 2016 version, featuring a 5.5-inch HD display on the front, a 16MP front camera, and a Home button integrated with a fingerprint sensor. The sides house volume buttons, power button, SIM tray, while the top has a noise-canceling microphone, and the bottom includes a microUSB port, external speaker, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microphone. The back retains a 13MP camera, single LED flash, and the OPPO logo.
The device still runs on the ColorOS interface based on Android 5.1, making it easy for customers familiar with OPPO to upgrade or switch to the F1s while enjoying a familiar experience. Overall, the ColorOS interface offers a pleasant, subtle color palette and a smooth user experience. With 4GB RAM, multitasking and gaming performance are expected to be superior to the 2016 F1s. Additionally, the storage capacity is now 64GB, double the previous, which will be a favorite feature for users who frequently capture photos, record videos, etc.
F1s 2017 has been available since February 13, 2017, at retail stores and OPPO outlets nationwide, in two luxurious colors: gold and fashionable rose gold, with an official price of 6,990,000 Vietnamese Dong.
