1. Use F5 to refresh the webpage.
Encountering the 500 Internal Server Error is a temporary issue caused by the website's server. You can easily resolve it by simply pressing F5 – Refresh the website to reload the desired page.
2. Clear Cache and Cookies in your browser.
In some cases, Cache and Cookies can be the cause of a 500 Internal Server Error. Try clearing them from your browser and reloading the website. For this example, we're using the Coc Coc browser.
Step 1: Click on the Coc Coc icon in the top left corner of the screen, then select History > History.
Step 2: Proceed to Clear browsing data.
Step 3: Choose the time range for deletion (we're selecting 1 hour ago), then check the boxes for Cookies and cache as shown in the image, and click Clear data.
Then try accessing the website again to see if the 500 Internal Server Error persists.
In addition to the above methods, you can deliberately encounter a 500 Internal Server Error on any website by accessing a different website and waiting for the previous website's error to be resolved. At this point, there's nothing more you can do but let the website administrators handle the issue.
