- Cylinder, Injection pump: In-game named Andrenaline Syringe, the rarest and hardest to find item, similar to an energy boost.
- First Aid kit: Referred to by gamers as medium health, it regenerates health quickly for a short period (up to 75% health).
- Med Kit: Abbreviated as large health, it regenerates more health than a First Aid kit and up to 100% health.
- Bandage: Also known as small health, it regenerates less health and up to 75% health.

- Green Ammo, Five Ammo: Refers to 5.56mm ammunition used for various assault rifles in Rules of Survival.
- Seven Ammo: Refers to 7.62mm ammunition used for assault rifles and sniper rifles.
- M4: Short for M4A1 rifle, a type of assault rifle in Rules of Survival.
-AR: Abbreviation for AR15, same type as M4 mentioned above.
- Explosive Grenade: Also known as Frag Grenade, is an explosive grenade in Rules of Survival.
