2. Guide on using the heating mode on dual-way air conditioners
To activate the heating mode on your air conditioner, start by pressing the ON/OFF (or Start/Stop) button on the control panel.
Press the MODE button until the display shows the sun icon to select the Heat mode. Modes can include Auto, Cool, Dry, and Heat.
- Adjust the temperature using the Increase/Decrease buttons on the control panel or the arrow buttons in the TEMP area. Customize the temperature based on your preference.
Note: Temperature settings can vary according to user preferences. Alternatively, use the preset temperature when choosing the heating mode.

3. Key considerations when activating the Heat mode on your air conditioner
- Set the room temperature to differ no more than 5 - 10°C from the outdoor temperature to avoid body temperature shock when moving from inside to outside.
For older adults and children, the recommended temperature when using the Heat mode is around 28 - 31°C. Adjust the fan blades downward for better air circulation.
When using the Heat mode, consider placing a bowl of water or using a humidifier to prevent dry skin or a dry throat. Limit constant opening and closing of doors to prevent heat loss.
