What is Qualcomm Snapdragon 678 chipset?
Snapdragon 678 is an octa-core 64-bit chipset, built on 11nm process technology.
Compared to the previous version 675 with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz, Snapdragon 678 has been upgraded in performance with the Kryo 460 cores clocking up to 2.2 GHz.
However, in terms of graphics processing unit (GPU), Snapdragon 678 still employs the Adreno 612 GPU like the Snapdragon 675. This GPU line offers faster graphics rendering with higher frame rates for smartphone users.
