Method 1: Mass unfollow on Facebook via computer

Step 1: Log in to your personal Facebook account;

Step 2: On the Facebook workspace, click on the Settings icon with an arrow on the menu bar, select News Feed Preferences ;

Step 3: In the Preferences dialogue that appears, click on Unfollow to hide posts ;

Step 4: You left-click on the page or profile you want to unfollow. Once done, click Done to save the settings.

Step 1: Open the Facebook app on your phone, then tap on Settings with the 3 horizontal lines icon.
